Did anyone else's Pokemon bring back anything...odd last night?

Several of mine ran off and one brought me back a water stone but the other

[The message cuts off and there's a long pause as Chise debates how she wants to say this. There really isn't any other way to say it, as much as she doesn't want to outright say "I think my Pokemon kidnapped someone".

Sigh.

In the end, she attaches a picture of an elderly lady sitting at a table surrounded by various Pokemon, a Murkrow perched on her shoulder looking quite pleased with itself.]

Noir brought this old lady home with her and I have no idea who she is or where she lives.

And she thinks I'm her granddaughter and that my Pokemon are her grandkids.

Help?

Maybe talk to the Jennies? They'd probably know if a missing person had been reported.

I don't think they'd blame you or anything. Things were kind of...intense last night.

I'm just a bit worried about calling them and explaining that I have an old lady in my hotel room.

And I don't even know her name. Noir just keeps calling her "Gramma".

After last night, I think they'll give you a chance to explain properly.

I don't think not knowing her name is going to be an issue, either. Usually with missimg persons cases they have a photo to go off of. Or a general description at the very least.

True. It does seem like a lot of us experienced strange things..

Anyway I WOULD trade you but the last time I let some random old woman into my home she hypnotized me and my friends and tried to bake us in a pie.

As for back home, turns out she was a witch so I mean...trying to cook and eat us makes a little more sense for her. But only because she was very much a sterotype of witches you know?

I did not receive a grandmother from my Pokémon, but I did receive a grandmother's load of laundry. Has your... visitor mentioned a missing clothes line, by any chance?

No, nothing about laundry.

She has mentioned knitting scarves for everyone though.

What a kind offer to make! Though her family must already worry, and waiting until she finishes her knitting would make them worry even more. Have any relatives manifested themselves?

No not yet. She didn't have any Pokemon of her own either. At least not that I've seen?

I didn't think to ask if she had any small bug types or anything like that...

If she has any of those, surely they'd have come out by now. Yet it'd be strange for a woman from this world to have none at all... Unless she trains Dark-types and one of her own decided it would be hilarious to help yours abduct her, but you'd think they'd have taken her back by now.

That's honestly what I'm worried about. Her having Dark types that are finding this hilarious that is.

Regardless, I'm going to speak to the Jennies.

An excellent idea. They surely have more resources to help her find her family... and it'll show them you had no intention of abducting her, which might become very important.

I hope so. I really don't want any harm to come to her..and I didn't intend for this to happen.

Last night was just really strange.

Indeed it was. Between most Dark-types going mad, all that trouble with the warp pads and those... unconventional gifts our teams brought back, I'm surprised there are not more lost elders throughout the land.

They brought a whole old lady home?

I'd recommend getting in contact with one of the Jennies if you're anywhere near one. Or taking her to a Pokecenter.

Someone else suggested that as well. I think I'm going to have one of my other Pokemon go fetch a Jenny to come here. I don't want to risk walking to far with her.

She seems a bit unsteady..

If that's the case, you might want to take her to a Pokecenter first. There'd be some medical facilities there, right? Someone that could take a look at her?

Yes I believe so.

The inn I'm staying at may have one? I'll call the front desk and ask.

I'm sure she'd appreciate the help getting around.

How is she feeling about the whole thing?

[He doesn't know if he would. He'd be pretty fucking pissed off. But everyone seems to have a pretty warm attitude about the pokemon and their antics.]

Honestly she doesn't even seem to realize she's in a place that isn't her home???

Oh, Jesus. She really fucking needs to be somewhere that can get her home then, huh?

Didn't actually think that could happen to people here. [Whether it's dementia or poor eyesight.] It's a shame, considering how nice the place otherwise.

Damn. If I was closer I'd offer to help.

Pokecenter is probably your best bet. They should have things like wheelchairs and medicine to keep her comfortable until the Jennies or her family can help her. I'm betting the Jennies have their hands full after everything all our Pokemon pulled.
