I know I can't have been the only one who ended up as a pokemon during the weekend. Which was a really unique experience, don't get me wrong. I certainly feel like I've gotten a better understanding of what it is like to be a pokemon, but. Well. Has anyone else been dealing with any... unusual urges since then?

[Armin just had a passing urge to beat up a small child for a french fry. Please tell him he is not the only one dealing with this.]

I wanted to punch a child to take their french fries. Obviously, I didn't. But for a moment, I was really tempted to.

Hopefully this will all pass sooner rather than later. Not that I am worried about actually punching anyone. I know I can fight the urge, I'd just rather not.

It probably will. Most of what happens those weekends does, anyway. Hey, if you need to punch someone, you can always try Krieg? Or me.

Thanks for the offer, but I think I will pass. I'm pretty sure I'd break my hand punching either of you. Besides, it's not like I just want to fight everybody. Just people with food.

I'm not sure about you, but I am pretty sure Krieg doesn't have a soft side. Not physically, at least.

I'm pretty sure the softest part of Krieg's body is his hair.

[And you know what, that might absolutely feel like broom bristles. Armin doesn't know. He just knows that even if it does, it is still going to be the softest part of Krieg, except, again, the aforementioned psychological soft spots.]

You never saw her back home. Did you know she even stole some food from the kitchen just before our introduction ceremony into the army? She even offered it to Shadis when he noticed. Or half at least.

Maybe you would've liked Commander Erwin better. He wasn't much like Shadis at all.

[Only because Shiro has impossible finicky standards like don't depend on child soldiers and care about your troops. Super weird.]

But I think he is a really admirable person. Ever since he took command of the Survey Corps, things have really improved. Plus he saw the value in Eren. Commander Pixis did too, but a lot in the army were ready to kill him for what he is. He doesn't let fear blind him. He's willing to embrace new ways of thinking of that is what it takes.

I don't think any commander necessarily wants to kill one of their troops. But it might be necessary at times.

I'll believe that when I hear one of them say it.
