[The video feed opens on what appears to be a confused looking Houndour that's obscured by a thumb covering half the camera. Honestly, it's pretty clear that whoever's doing the filming doesn't do a whole lot of selfies and all that jazz.]

This thing even on? ]

[Have two loud thumping noises as Keith taps the mic with his fingers.]

Okay. Don't know what's going on here. But I'm trying to get back inside to get this lady to answer some damn questions--

[The camera's moving away from the Houndour and now focusing on what looks like "mom's" house in New Bark Town.]

And this ,,,Houndour [??? readily audible as his voice goes up at the end.] -- doesn't seem to get how to use tackle. C'mon buddy it's like this.

[BLURRY MOVEMENTS followed by a hard thump against the door. There's a loud sigh as the feed settles again. This time Keith turns the camera to show his exasperated looking face.]

All the dogs here like this?

I don't know. Maybe making memories too fresh, or nightmares feeling more real at times. For people who aren't human, or who have abilities that weren't normal human, it's unsettling here in a different way.

Unless you mean the memories people lose or gain coming and going from here.

They're forcibly made human. Having your whole body change is fucked up. More so when it's done without your permission. When it isn't your choice.

So unsettling in a different way for every single person who woke up here a different species.

I don't know. I've just seen it repeatedly. You're only allowed to be here if you're made human.

Guess only the pokemon are allowed to be "other."

If that's a fancy space age travel way of saying we're all made of the same chemical bonds... yes. Doesn't stop people from hating and fearing based on perception of differences.

To be honest, I think it's just the logic in this dimension that allows non-humans to participate with the local social groups. They might have been classified as pokemon otherwise, like literally every other species on this world.
