Yeah, they're children's story level villains too. They wear uniforms with a big letter "R" on the chest. Can't miss 'em if you find 'em.

Don't worry, they just try to steal pokemon. If you're tough enough? You can fend them off. I don't think they break into people's houses all that often to try it.
