Summary: Allura calls her friends to thank them for a thoughtful gift.

[ The video feed opens with Allura in a pokemon center guest room. She sets her gear down and takes a step back to reveal that she's dolled up in a beautiful dress--though the beaded bodice is a light baby pink, the color shifts to lavender and then light blue along the length of the ruffled train. Her face is beaming with delight. Also worth noting is that her hair, once long enough to reach past her waist, has been cut short, floating around her shoulders.

She gives a little twirl and claps her hands together over her heart, while her pokemon are all nearby making little chirps of approval. ]

My friends, thank you so much for this thoughtful gift! It's so lovely! I'll have to find places to wear it now. Do you suppose it's appropriate attire for gym battles?

Well, no matter! The parcel will have a gift for you as well as one for the others. They're just a little something I made to help pass the time while Keith was sleeping. They're meant to be something to help you remember me by.

[He's teasing. But honestly, it's entirely possible. Allura's an easy person to care about.]

That... thank you. We'll keep whatever it is close, I'm sure. But -- Allura. We'd never forget you. Come on.

[He'd spent three years here never forgetting, after all.]

An admirer! Surely not! [ She laughs a little nervously at the prospect.

Her smile softens at Shiro's statement, however, and she pushes some of her hair behind her ears, twisting the strands around her fingers. The color shifts slightly in the changing light, iridescent, as if she wasn't already enough of a magical space elf. ]

They're bracelets. And I know you wouldn't. I know. But it... it never hurts to have a reminder, does it?

Anything is possible!

[He's hilarious. Really.]

[Listen, she could have magic color changing eyes and he'd still look at her like the sun rose and set on her face. Like she's still the most incredible being. Like he's looking at her now.]

No, you're right. It doesn't hurt at all. And I appreciate it. Very much.

[ Okay, she's actually blushing pretty hard now, Shiro. ]

W-well, that's true, but--

[ But... what? It is possible she has a secret admirer, though she finds it unlikely. Unable to think of a follow-up, she goes without one. Haha, oops. ]

You don't have to wear it, obviously. It's a keepsake more than anything. But I hope you like it.

[He only speaks the truth. And arches an eyebrow at her hesitation. Though he doesn't push.]

[He trusts her to tell him, if there's something he needs to know.]

Oh, I'm going to wear it. You'll have to pry it off me.

[ Shiro's insistence that he's going to wear the bracelet has Allura beaming at him, obviously pleased by how adamant he seems about it. So, she says the first thing that comes into her mind to say. ]

Good. I love you, Shiro, and I hope that reminds you of me.

[ By her tone, it's obvious this isn't a romantic confession, and she seems a little surprised at herself when she says it, but then she nods, because it's true. She loves all the Paladins, and Shiro is the first of them that she really bonded with. He deserves to hear that. ]

[He blinks. And, for a second, looks just as startled as she does. But, also like her, his expression softens. Warms. It’s true, isn’t it? That’s how they all feel. In some way or another.]

It will. It absolutely will.

[It just rolls off the tongue. Easy. She’s just as dear to him. It’s only fair he let her know.]
