Is there any reason I *shouldn't* release a six-foot-tall, extremely bouncy, spherical whale who keeps spraying water in my face back into the ocean?

[No seriously, is there? Because after this thing sprayed him at the beach, he'd decided to catch it so he could passively-aggressively turn it in for his Rocket Quota, but it turns out that the damn thing isn't high enough level for them to want it!]

Her personality is a lot like her namesake... except when it comes to fighting. Original Charley is more likely to be in a supporting role.

If anything, Artemis is a bit too similar to their namesake. Trying to hit things with a stick isn't exactly the best strategy when they're a Kirlia -_-

Upside is that I'm getting them a Dawn Stone next time I get access to a warp. Hopefully they'll be happier as a Gallade.

Right, those are one of those stones that causes them to... evolve. [He's not sure how much he likes the idea of forcing one of his pokemon into a different shape. It's too close to what was done to him.]

For context, Kirlias normally evolve into Gardevoirs, which are focused on "special"—basically magical—attacks. The thing is, Artemis REALLY wants to get into the thick of battle and hit things, which the alternative evolution, Gallade, is more suited for. I already discussed the idea with them, and Artemis seems really enthused.

I mean, if they *want* to be a Gallade, then they should. Just as long as it's *their* choice.
