I don't think so? People usually talk about the ruins of Alph when they talk about weird places.

And I don't think there are real ghosts here anyway. Only ghost pokemon and they're okay.

The Ruins weren't too bad, I guess. Connie and I did them for most of a day. I found some cute pokemon there too. M-chan and S-suke and G-kun and S-taro...

M-chan is a Munna and S-suke is a Spritzee and G-kun is a Golett and S-taro is a Stantler! Oh and R-ko. She's a Ralts.

[Akane's naming scheme is... pretty basic tbh.]

That's a good one to start with. Some of the gyms have higher levels as you go along. Like the dragon gym in Blackthorn.

I've got all the badges from Johto and I just beat my first Elite team in Kanto.

I still have a lot to go but I've been learning since I got here. People are really helpful and there's lots of information to read about how to be better at battles.

Elite team? What's an Elite team?

All the gyms have two teams of pokemon you can battle to get a badge. The regular team has pokemon that are lower levels and there's not always six of them. The elite team is where there's six of them and they're all level 100. You have to make a lot more plans when you battle them.

I think its good practise though. I want to take on the final elite four someday and they're the best here. You have to fight all of them in a row and you have to travel three weeks to get there.

Yeah. It doesn't happen a lot but people do it.

Some of them set up their own gyms after.

I'm not really sure. I haven't gone against any of them yet.

I bet they are. If they had to get all the badges and then beat the last people to get make one.
