That's all the feed displays. Eggs upon eggs, of all colors and styles, carefully piled up to avoid accidents. A few bits of duct tape keep the display relatively stable.

One of the leftmost eggs is wearing tacky heart-shaped sunglasses. It's probably best not to ask.]

Once more, the miracle of life has blessed my team. For merely P1500, or P500 for a few select species, you can also profit from such a joyful event.

[Cecil is obviously aiming for 'enthusiastic', but only hits it with one word out of three. The rest of his speech mostly sounds very tired.]

Oh wow. And I thought I had enough trouble finding homes for mine. I don't think I've ever had to deal with more than seven eggs in total.

My first clutch was... seven or eight eggs, I believe. Then I caught more Pokémon, then other Pokémon that were compatible with those... Losing control is far too easy, should your team members decide their bloodlines are worth passing on.

Yeah, I think my biggest clutch was Miasma and Casper and they only had three. Jesus.

Three per pair seems to be the usual result, at least for trainers. But a female Gyarados can easily have twice as many, and few people are willing to buy Magikarps.

I once did, when particularly interesting Pokémon were offered, but with over a hundred of them I must now be far pickier. What are Slow-dachi and Q-no's species?

Slow-dachi's a Slowpoke and Q-no's a Quagsire. I don't know what the two eggs that are left are. The one I traded to Mr Joestar ended up being a Wooper.

A Quagsire? As it happens, I have one of my own! They're delightful creatures, truly, but I've no place for a second in my roster. Flood plays his role effortlessly.

[All those trees would not help much with visibility, but Cecil can still work with that. Or, well, Esuna and Mist can.]

Delivering an egg to a city is easier, certainly, but as long as you can find a sufficiently eye-catching landmark, even a route or a forest is no issue. My team knows this land well, and most of my flyer have great experience with such deliveries.

I should be in Azalea in a matter of days, if it should be better to wait. The forest here is rather thick, possibly difficult to navigate.

I have need of a fire and a water-aspected Pokemon, tis the major lack in my team.

For fire, I have Growlithe, Houndour, Larvesta, Litwick, Ponyta and Vulpix. For water, Barboach, Feebas, Finneon, Froakie, Lapras, Magikarp, Omanyte, Popplio and Qwilfish. Along with a few species that can change types under certain conditions.

[Or so he's heard, for Oricorio.]

If by 'days' you mean two or so, my slower flyers might manage to meet up with you just as you reach the town.

[This message starts not with a voice or a face or anything, but with two pokemon up close to the camera: an Espurr, fiddling with the pokegear, and a Staravia perched behind her, cocking his head at the screen. The Espurr holds it up for him to see.]

[And he promptly pecks the screen. Pointed, not random, not hard enough to damage anything. He wants something, clearly.

Off-camera, there's a man's voice, kind of soft, but a little wary:]

[Honestly, Cecil has had weirder clients that a Staravia and an Espurr, so he might as well treat them as such.]

Why, hello, you two! Is this your first time seeing so many eggs at once? Have any caught your attention?

[He just hopes the person he can hear in the background can translate that peck.]

[The video feed flicks off a moment later, with a metal hand coming into view only briefly, and both pokemon looking up and looking vaguely ashamed (the Espurr) and defiant (the Staravia). Then there's a text message a moment later:]

Sorry about that. I think my Staravia wants a flying friend. None of my other pokemon or Entrapta's pokemon can fly and I don't catch often

[This is hardly the first time Cecil has had to deal with people who favor text over video. It doesn't stop him from beaming at the camera.]

A very understandable desire. Flying by oneself must be very lonely, after all. And as it happens, I have a few Flying-types available for sale, if you're interested in acquiring another.

They are many, which hardly helps. But they also tend to all breed at once, unless I request specific eggs on someone's behalf. Which leads to... this.

It depends. My team goes on a breeding frenzy each summer, but not at the same time each year. Others have more frequent clutches, but those tend to be smaller. Thankfully, too, as finding homes for over a hundred eggs is no easy task.
