[At first glance, Route 32 didn't undergo many changes; the grass area and the ledges are exactly where they should be, and the Pokémon don't seem to be too stressed, so maybe this particular route is the only one that wasn't—no, wait.
Something's missing, apparently. Something big. It's not even a path of grass, it's not a ledge...it's the bridge. The whole bridge's gone. But weren't some fishermen standing on it last time when she was here? She's pretty sure they were, but...
There's one more thing that catches her eye. There's a fishing rod drifting on the water; it's too far to grab it from where she's standing, though. What is it even doing here, did someone drop it as they were trying to swim back to the shore? But, just in case:]
Hello?! Is anybody here?!

( B: Meet the Zubats )
[She hasn't wandered off that far anytime before, but today Kaori's feeling a bit braver than usual, and decides to take a peek into the cave after paying a visit to the Pokémon Center nearby. What could possibly go wrong?
Many, many things. And she's going to learn it the hard way.
Just after a few steps inside, she bumps her head into something. Or, actually, two somethings. Since it's pitch dark here, she reaches her hand to check what is that. Of course, she has no idea that she's poking two Zubats that are hanging upside down and sleeping. Well, the only way to check what's in front of her is to bring some light into this cafe, so she lets out her Pikachu out of his Pokéball and asks him to use Spark.
Only then she notices the Zubats; at the same moment her face grows rather pale.]
AAAAAAAAAH?!
[She's not so brave anymore, apparently.]

A
[Well, she did ask, even if it might be a little startling to just have someone come up behind them and announce their presence.]
As for the fishers, no, I think they've fled the scene.
no subject
[In this moment, a little isn't the right word do describe it (to Kaori, at least). She overreacts a little and almost falls into the water, but manages to keep her balance...just for a few seconds, because her butt meets the ground shortly after.]
You've surprised me?!
[Well, she sure did ask, so she shouldn't huff so much about getting a response. Her expression brightens slightly as she continues.]
Oh, that's good news...but I bet one of them is looking for that right now.
[She's pointing to the fishing rod.]
