Why is that every time I think my life can't get any weirder, it does? I need to stop even thinking that I've hit the limit on that. I mean, I finally start getting a handle on the exhausting danger of treasure hunting, and now I look weird and have a cat that likes to fight things!

For the record, that's totally not the appeal of cats. Cats are great because they're indifferent and lazy. Shilling is not either of those things!

But fine, if there's one thing I've learned over the last couple of years, it's how to roll with the craziest punches. So let me introduce myself: I'm Louie Duck, and my cat - I'm sorry, my Alolan Meowth - is Shilling. We're heading out from New Bark Town.

This is going to be a lot of walking, isn't it?

big brother Steven has a cat-husband! he was changed too. but no other birds like us.

rocket are bad thieves! there was a big party but they came. they used bad ghosts to make people do bad things! then stole butterflies and eggs and jewels and money from everybody!

[Technically, most of the theft was from the hosts but that's mostly accurate.]

That sounds pretty bad, but I have to ask why they stole butterflies. I mean, the rest of it I get, but butterflies? Really?
