[ It's not that it's not a nice wedding... It's a very nice wedding. And it comes at a convenient time for Josuke, given that he's sort of in the middle of planning for a wedding of his own. The only thing that isn't convenient is that he doesn't know where he is, why he's there, or who any of the people involved are.
He gets a clue on the latter question during the ceremony, when the bride walks down the aisle. As soon as she passes Josuke's seat, and he sees the back of her dress, his eyes widen at the sight of her birthmark.
Okay... So he might know why he's here now.
Looking around though, he's pretty sure he doesn't recognize any of the other guests, so... Yeah. Still pretty confused. He keeps his confusion to himself until the ceremony is over, metaphorically sitting on his hands until the reception, at which point he tries to get a moment alone with the woman who he knows he must somehow be related to. That moment alone is hard to get, though, since she's always with her new wife (he can't really blame her for that), and since her stand keeps blocking him from trying to get closer (at least, he's assuming the stand is hers).
So there's Josuke, separated from his fiancée, trying to negotiate with Stone Free for an audience with its user. ]
No, please, you don't get it... I know the bride! I mean, I don't actually know her, but... We're cousins! Or... something. Anyway, can I please just talk to her for a minute??
