Who: Fitzroy, Rainer, Morgan, and Leonardo
Where: Goldenrod
When: After dingus' canon update
Summary: Fitzroy's dumb self is awake again after a canon update coma and he sure missed some stuff, huh.
Rating: Probs like PG-13 or something.
It had almost felt like an eternity for Fitzroy during the week he was out. He'd thought he'd returned home for good to take care of... well, everything. Turning the world on its head and, arguably, the entire damn plane. He was exhausted and frazzled even after everything and when he woke up he hadn't expected to be... here.
He's blinking up at the ceiling, knowing damn well that it's not the place he went to sleep to begin with. There's a familiar feeling of a crab against his side but it feels... off, not his original Snippers.
Wait, this looks familiar.
Oh, hell.
"So I destroy an entire economy, beat the crap out of Order and avoid the end of the universe and I end up back here? You know what, fine, I'll take it." He's not even sure if anyone's around him, but of course his first thing he's saying is, well, petty and annoyed.
It still is Fitzroy, after all.

"No? Previously it had just been after the whole... accidentally getting taller incident? I wasn't aware of a whole lot of the whole Chaos and Order business." It's still a weird situation in and of itself, but goodness gracious.
"As for said apocalypse, no, I doubt it'd be something you'd need to worry about as I'm... fairly certain it was an exclusive to Nua sort of thing. And no, I did not see you there, either, Morgan." Unless she was in the crowd or something, but he highly doubts it. After all, the last bit of it had really only been the trio and Gray for whatever stupid damn reason.
"Honestly, I just... I just want to rest now that I'm not beholden to any of it."
no subject
"I did wonder how you could have been here so long without going missing from Nua..." If there's some kind of whacky-dacky time magic going on then that would explain some things.
They can hammer out the specifics later if they need to, the important thing is that Fitz is here and awake and none the worse for wear.
"You can rest if you want, but from our perspective, you've just been asleep for a whole week straight..."
no subject
That is, if Snippers 2.0's extra bubbling on occasion meant anything.

She summons a small smile back, but it's a little unsteady. "I'm glad you didn't forget us."
no subject
"Well, I more meant rest as in "I'm really not in the mood for any more fighting nonsense" manner." Which is pretty much this whole world in a nutshell since he doesn't do any of the fighting himself.
AND MORGAN IS NOT PLAYING FAIR HERE. "I assure you, if I woke up not remembering any of you, I wouldn't be talking to you right now." Look, he knows what he's about. And it's ignoring near everyone else unless he wants to talk to them.
"But, uh. What'd I miss, then?"
no subject
She'll roll back to give Fitz some breathing room and look a little nervously from Leo to Morgan, debating how much detail they want to go into on their attempts at waking up the Sleeping Beaut-barian.
"Well... To start with, anyone who had magic back home got their magic back, so that was fun! And then also... Pokemon's sizes got all chaotic." Perhaps not the best choice of words, considering what Fitzroy just went through, but... If the shoe fits?
"Snippers 2, krablectric boogaloo got big enough for you to ride on!"
no subject
"They could get smaller, too, but that was a little bit less intense. And it was difficult to travel, because sometimes you would end up somewhere else entirely when you went through the door."

Though he's letting all of that sink in before clicking his tongue just once. Okay, so he missed wild shenanigans which is about his luck to be honest. But he's not particularly fussed by having missed the whole... skeleton... party... thing...
"Sad I missed the giant Snippers 2.0, less so about the skeleton party. And ehhh on the magic bit. Honestly, it's really not as interesting as you probably were thinking it was." It's just electricity, like come on. Or maybe he's just too tired to argue the point and is really just Over the whole magic thing at this point.
No one could blame him at this point.
"Sooo. Other than... I guess getting my legs back in order, what's the plan of business?"
no subject
"Oh... I dunno! I guess we can get back on the road, unless anyone still has business here in town?"
no subject
After all, being on the road is nice, but they probably need a destination before they set out.

She strokes her chin as though she had a beard, although she does not.
"Say, Fitzitude. Didn't you once say you wanted to start up a stable so people could buy horses? Well, it just so happens that your BFF Morgan can breed great horses! I could even breed them to order, if somebody wanted to give us a bunch of money. And..."
She tilts her head in the other direction to switch which hand she's stroking her chin with.
"I want to sell eggs too! And trade them. And people can come from far and wide to have their Pokemon breed with mine. And we could give some away to children and people who have only just arrived and need help building up their teams!"
She stops stroking her chin, then, to point at Leo, excited.
"And Leo could draw everyone's Pokemon and sell the drawings, and--" Now she points at Rainer. "Rainer could be in charge of ghosts. Ghost breeding and giving people advice on raising ghost Pokemon...ooh, and maybe even make a haunted house! Woooo~~ Spooky, right?"
no subject
"Yes, I... was thinking of doing that. Though Willow is still a baby currently, so I doubt she'd be great for that particular business yet." But she will be soon. Very, very soon.
"Though I also remember speaking to someone at that... prom... thing... That had offered a pretty flexible job over in Ecruteak, which I think is... the next town over? Would at least pad out our finances for a bit." Even if he's not about to say what the hell it is or why he ended up getting anything like that. Thank you very much.
no subject
"Ooh, maybe! I think there are some cool ghost Pokemon in Ecruteak that I can try to catch, too. And padding our finances is never a bad thing."
no subject
He hasn't had a chance to paint since he's arrived, and he misses it quite a lot.
"So it sounds as if we are in agreement: Ecruteak next, and then our various... other ventures."
no subject
She scoots over to the side of the bed so Rainer can reach, and then opens her arms wide with an expectant look at all of them.
"Don't leave me hanging, guys!"
no subject
(No one tell Morgan she thought that.)
Rainer stands up from her chair (carefully) to better have her arms available for hugging, and closes the gap between herself and Morgan.
"Wouldn't dream of it, girlfriend!"

Fiiiine, he guesses.
As much as he doesn't want to join this nonsense, he guess he will.
"You are lucky I've come back at this time period."
