[Oh look, there's a bunch of Pokémon on the screen. A Banette seemed to be in a deep discussion with a Lucario as a Meowth snoozed on top of a backpack. The camera shuffles a bit before it stops moving, and Dipper steps into the screen.]
I've been here almost two months now, and look at this team!
[Wait. There's members missing. Dipper shoves the Lucario aside a bit to show a Seaking with a small pine tree splotch on its side. As he's doing this, two more Pokémon appear on the screen, an Eevee and shiny Zorua fighting over a sock. It's clearly Dipper's since it's obvious he's missing one. He hears the noise and turns around with an irritated noise.]
Fay! Tyrone! Stop it!
[Fay drops it, which leaves Tyrone to pull the sock away and give it back to Dipper. So that's where it went. Time to take his shoe off and make everything alright. As he's putting the sock on, his attention is on Fay.]
Isn't she cool? I looked it up on the Dex, and apparently she's supposed to be red and black. She hatched from an egg I got after that whole ghost mess. So that makes her a shiny since she's blue and black instead. She's not any different otherwise from a normal Zorua. So that just confirms the theory that shinies are only special in color. For some reason she really likes socks and keeps stealing them. I never get them back, so she's either eating them, or she's burying them.
[He looks more seriously at the screen now.] So if you find randomly buried socks, I don't want them back. Please. Just leave them there.
[On another serious note.] Has anyone tried to eat Vanillite's?

[Hi Dipper, there is a very tired Jane grinning at you from the 'feed. Looks like she's in a Violet City hotel room, and a similarly odd-colored, but definitely different fox is sprawled out across her, head in her lap in order to receive the pets. Behind her, Dinah is rummaging through Jane's backpack, taking out a boater hat and a ladle. Oh boy. Take your eyes off this one for two seconds...]
It looks like you've all been training very hard, too!
[Whoa! A purple fox! A quick check on his Dex lets him know that this is definitely a different coloration from what its supposed to look like. That's utterly amazing. Also, that hotel room looks familiar...]
Of course I have. I'm taking on the gym challenges! Like the one here in Violet City. I don't have a type advantage, but my Pokémon should be strong enough to take these ones down.
[She seems excited about it, but also tired. Routes 30 and 31 are not kind to travelers simply because they're long.]
Can I assume that you've been looking into typing as well? I wouldn't have guessed your new friend was a Dark type, but then again, I'm still learning about the types that are unfamiliar to me.

When Komasan answers, his mouth is already engulfing the majority of his Vanillish's swirl. Okay, so technically not a Vanillite, but close enough. His Pokemon appears to just be...taking it.]
No. Why, zura?
Is that its evolved form?
I think so, zura...
[If he's remembering what a Vanillite is correctly. Shiro was a lot smaller when he first got here...]
I wasn't really paying attention, one day he just got bigger, zura.

[Hello there, Dipper! Cloud has a bit of an amused look on his face thanks to the whole sock escapade that had taken place. It was kind of adorable to watch and reminded him a lot of his own little group.
One of which is currently peering out from his hair and sparking gently with electricity in greeting. See? He got his very own shiny Joltik out of that ghost mess!]
...Why would you try to eat one?
[Something to think about... oh! That's weirdly cute.] That's a Joltik, right?
[Well, you see...]
Vanillite look like an ice cream cone. So someone has had to have tried eating it.
[He really needs to start going through his dex more. His Pokemon game is weak.]
Yeah, it is.
[...What.]
Wait. There's a Pokemon that..is just an ice cream cone? I'm not sure if that's stranger than the living garbage bag or not.

Thanks. I'm trying to put together a good team for all of my gym challenges.

[Of course, if Dipper heard carefully, he might be able to hear a smirk out of her]
Also, you mean that ice cream looking Pokemon thing? Not really by why do you want to know?
Voice
[Can you hear his annoyance, Mabel?]
I got into a conversation with a guy named Asch a while back. I know we're already eating Pokémon products, but Vanillite looks like a literal ice cream cone with a face.

[I.e. this kid has awful hygiene habits and rarely changes his socks in the first place.]
Video;
Why would you try to eat this "Vanillite"?
Video;
It looks like an ice cream cone. Apparently someone decided that his Vanillish is a snack source.
[Komasan, please.]

Do you really want a fire type playing with a bug type?
