[To say Yuuri was excited was an understatement. It wasn't his first time exploring a temple but it was his first time exploring a temple in this world. With a grin on his face and the confidence to match it, the young Maou stood beside his two new-found friends and looked up at the temple entrance before them.]

Aaah now this is exciting! [If Conrad or any of the others were here, he had no doubt they'd be a mixture of face-palming, calling him an idiot or fretting over the enthusiasm he was displaying. Little did he know Aki, his absol, was doing the equivalent of a sweatdrop as he peered up at Yuuri.]

Who knows what mysteries we'll uncover while searching through these ancient corridors. [Turning his grin to his companions, Yuuri could barely contain his excitement.] Maybe we'll even find some hidden treasures.

[Legosi hadn't realized until he'd met up with the other two intrepid explorers that he'd be with that he was going to probably be the Responsible Adult of the party. Again.

How does this keep happening.

...well, maybe. He's not actually sure how old Gobo is. Gobo could be older than him for all he knows, but ANYWAY-

He's here and he's just as willing to work with them as he was with his other team for solving the puzzles. Though it seems this time will be a bit more hands on...]

There really is a temple...

[He muses in a quiet undertone, having brought his Araquanid with him since he's the only water type Legosi has who would stand a chance of helping if say the temple flooded or something terrifying like that.]

From what the Seekers said, we have some ancient slabs to be looking for. [He gestures a little with his hands as he explains.] But I am sure we will come across other things, too.

[Honestly, while Gobo is about 19, one wouldn't always think it. Fraggles are not a stern and mature sort. But Gobo is serious about exploration, so hopefully Legosi won't feel too much like the only responsible one here. Even if Gobo can't stop grinning with how excited he is.]

After all that riddle-solving, it woulda been a big letdown if there wasn't really one. [He points it out with a chuckle.] And yeah, who knows what we'll find down there. I'm planning to map out as much of it as I can manage.

[Oblivious to Legosi's situation, Yuuri couldn't have been more happy. The thought of having other things to find was exciting to Yuuri. Well... hopefully without any traps especially if it involved the temple crumbling down on top of them. The young Maou didn't want to go through that again.]

Mmmhm! [He nodded his head in agreement at Gobo as he spoke his thoughts. The map was a great idea as well! He never would have thought about that.

Moving a few steps in front of the pair, Yuuri turned around to face them with a determined smile that couldn't quite hide the excitement he was feeling. Oh yeah, he's eager to see what's in there.]

Let's get going, everyone.

[No time like the present, right?

Legosi thinks he'll let Yuuri take the lead, since his eagerness knows know bounds. He'll be the middle of their single-file, while Gobo watches their rear. Because as much as things did go smoothly when he was solving puzzles with his other team, exploring a long-since abandoned ancient temple is another thing entirely.]

Try to stick together...and make sure you have your Pokemon on hand. We don't know how strong the Pokemon living here could be...

[It doesn't take long for Gobo to set his mapping plan into action, but he's still paying attention, nodding along at Legosi's words.]

Yeah, we should absolutely stay close-- To each other, and our Pokemon. You're right about strong Pokemon being out this way, and 'sides, who knows how old this place is? The structure may not be so sound.

[He hasn't been one for subtly and his usual retainers often had their work cut out for them trying to keep in line. Yuuri though might try to be on his best behaviour... so long as his excitement or the exploration didn't distract him.

Sticking together. Yuuri wasn't going to leave any person or pokemon behind so he gave a big nod to that.] With all of us looking after each other, what could go wrong? [Shutup Yuuri!]

Aki. [Yuuri didn't have to call his absol for the pokemon to already be at his side. The dark pokemon had already began moving up to walk alongside his trainer the moment he said for them to go.

Looking up at the mouth of the temple, the young king felt that excitement bubbling in his stomach. Aki nudged at his hand and Yuuri glanced down and gave a single nod.] We've got this.

[Then he began to head into the temple. His eyes were wide with wonder as he looked at the old stone walls. Shadows seemed to dance around the light pouring in from the small porthole type windows. It was quiet inside for now, but who knows how long that would last.

This. Was. So. Cool!]

[Well, here they go.

Legosi glances down similarly at Kaze at his knee, who gives a low grumble before he starts to step forward just slightly ahead of Legosi, keeping apace with Aki so that they've got all of their bases covered. It's clearly a place they're probably not meant to be, which is honestly what worries Legosi the most. He's not...had the best experience with ghost types in the past (thanks Prom), and even though it wasn't their fault per-say, he still isn't hyped about disturbing potential resting places here. But they're investigating an ancient temple, not a burial ground.

Or at least...he assumes it isn't one.

It doesn't help that every step they take echoes weirdly through the halls, thanks to the presence of all the dampness and standing water.]

I'm still not entirely sure what we're to be looking for...the Seekers mentioned that we should pick up anything potentially useful that we find, but that could be anything...the riddles involved items that were mundane, in some cases.

[Gobo's called on his Skorupi to walk with them, since the bug-like Pokemon tends to take notice of even the smallest things that are amiss or out of place. She scuttles along through the puddles behind Gobo, her small pupils darting side to side.]

Yeah, it'd be easier to know what's useful if we knew, well, what they'd be used for. Or are the Seekers just researching? [A soft, hesitant chuckle.] I'll admit, I'm not entirely sure I follow what's going on with them...
