Morgan seems to have returned to her homeland. That, or she's discovered an impressive new method for becoming invisible in the last week or so. I suspect the former.
I'd like to hope that perhaps she may learn more about her past, now that she may be among those who knew her before her arrival here.

I kind of suspected as much, considering these pokémon that showed up out of nowhere. I definitely recognized Bolganone and Erade, but a couple of the others are new to me.
