[Mikasa had been stopping with Armin on the islands for a while now. Playing with his pokemon, training her own when he was busy. But recently she'd noticed something and she wasn't even sure how to ask...

So she grabbed her gear and tried to record it.

It being her glowing Shinx. Now him glowing wasn't normally too concerning. He did that when getting ready to attack or when he was surprised. But now he was doing it while curled up in a ball and he kept doing it. Then after a few seconds of silently focusing on the cat, she spoke up.]

Does anyone have a cat like this? Is something wrong with him?

[Then his glowing brightened and- and... He vanished, leaving a larger cat in his place.]

...Where'd he go?

[He teleport?? Whose cat is this? Where is her boy?????]

I'm not interested in collecting the badges. [Not yet at least, a few people had tried to talk her into it. For the good of her pokemon. But Mikasa nodded, lifting the Luxio a little.]

That's how I met him. I fed him and she attacked him...then he used the electricity stuff.

No. They're okay now... She tries to ride him... [He wasn't a very good steed though.]

This is... perhaps not the best world for someone who nearly weeps when battles occur. She must be terribly stressed.
