It seems that time has come around and again and I'm seeing out another year.

I'll be hosting a celebratory gathering at Club Medusa tomorrow, beginning at 8 o'clock in the evening and continuing until...whenever it ends, I suppose. Drinks and food to be provided, of course, and entertainment as well. It should be a very enjoyable time.

I'm not going to confine the festivities to only close friends, but considering the point of it all, I do ask that if you attend you do bring me a birthday gift.

It's only fair.

I've been told it's rude to hope for specific gifts. Just nice things, I suppose. Candy is usually popular.

Some people do, a lot of my friends do. I just didn't put much thought into their significance.

I've been keeping myself busy. I'm honestly grateful for the club, it takes so much of my time. Little left for maudlin musings.

It's definitely a lot. We're still in the planning stages, but I can see why this is a full time job.
