hey guys! john here.
man i guess it's been a while since i last checked in on the pokegear all publicly like this.
i guess i have just been really busy being an awesome trainer and winning gym badges.
anyways does anyone know if there's a store that specializes in pokemon-proof clothes?
like, fireproof stuff to help with angry fire types.
or something that can save me from being impaled by toxic nidorino spikes. that specifically.
if there is no such business, does anybody who knows how to make clothes want to go into business with me?
i bet we could make a lot of money that way.
i would get 50% profits for the idea obviously.

oh and if anybody has tips for the cianwood gym let me know!
im training up my awesome team of super cool pokemon to fight it next.
i want to know what im going to be up against.

also, has anybody else been getting pies sent to them?
is that a thing in the pokemon world?
because i definitely did not order these.

oh man, you haven't seen ghostbusters yet?
we need to fix this IMMEDIATELY.
even if it is with gastlybusters instead of the original ghostbusters.
but the pokemon version is better than nothing!!

I haven't seen a lot of things
where I come from, we actually don't have things like movies so I had to get into it while I'm here.

oh yeah, you come from the past or something like that.
man, there are so many awesome things you need to catch up on then!
ghostbusters is probably the most important awesome thing, but there's a lot of others too.
i wonder if there is a pokemon version of armageddon.

armageddon is another movie!
it is about a meteor coming for the earth and bruce willis leads a crew to go and blow it up to save everybody.
it's really cool! you should watch it.

what kind of movies did karkat have you watch?

uh, well
it mostly a bunch of romantic comedies.

ughhh lame!
the only romantic comedy worth seeing is failure to launch and that is only because matthew mcconaugnahey is in it
karkat needs better taste!!

Besides, I'm sure he likes other movies.

anyways i will definitely have to make sure you see some really awesome movies soon.
they will be so awesome that you will forget the romcoms entirely i promise.

Well... he never did really recommend me any other movies besides the romance ones. :/
But if that's really going to help me then I'll look forward to it!
I'm definitely goign to try and watch more once I come back to goldenrod.
