[ The image on screen at first is blurry and dark, and the camera seems to shake a little before it finally focuses, and what seems to be a Gossifleur becomes clearer. The Flowering Pokémon holds up a little green arm to its mouth, signalling to whoever might be watching to keep quiet. Then the image on the camera shifts, moving until it lands on Fluttershy nearby.

The girl doesn't seem to really notice what her Pokemon is doing, too occupied with what looks to be other injured Pokémon. The room itself might be recognized as one in a PokeCenter, though with the lights dimmed it's clear that Fluttershy is helping put the Pokemon to sleep for the night. A Snubbull fusses a bit, and as she tries to soothe it people watching might pick up the sound of Fluttershy humming softly.

The Snubbull continues to fuss more, and Fluttershy gently pets it as her humming turns to singing. ]

All is calm, all is bright
'Round the forest, parents and young
Gentle creatures everyone
Home in burrows deep
Home in their burrows deep♪

[ The song does finally help the Snubbull settle down, and with a content snuff it carefully stretches out as Fluttershy tucks a blanket around it. With a smile, she goes to check on the next Pokémon, continuing the song. ]

Huddle close to keep family warm
Tomorrow's dawn will bring Christmas morn
Now the day is done

[ As she finishes checking on the injured Pokémon around the room, eventually she walks over to where Allegra, her Audino, is standing with two others, a Galarian Ponyta and a Happiny. The two smaller, younger ones seem to be tired, but fighting to stay awake. With a smile, Fluttershy takes a seat on the floor between Allegra and the Ponyta, cradling the Happiny in one arm as the other rests on the Ponyta's back. ]

♪Silent night, starry night
Leaves are still and the moon's in sight
Dreams are born as their eyes fall closed
Tomorrow's gift is that nobody knows
Sleep in beautiful peace
Sleep in beautiful peace♪

[ The song has the desired effect, as both the Ponyta and the Happiny yawn widely before settling against Fluttershy, both young Pokémon closing their eyes as Fluttershy softly hums. ]

[ Allegra disappears from frame for a moment, and when she returns she has a blanket that she spreads and places across Fluttershy's shoulders. With a smile to her partner, Fluttershy then checks one last time on the sleeping Pokémon cuddled up with her. ]

That was lovely. It looks like the other pokemon appreciated it. Mine did also.

[ It takes a bit of time to respond; first because she still didn't realize it was being recorded until a while later, and then afterwards because she might have been freaking out a little bit. The only thing that kept her from outright panicking were the peacefully sleeping Pokemon close by. ]

[ She's still working on calming down from the thought of people witnessing something so embarrassing, but knowing it had done some good does help. ]

Yes, though not all of them are mine. I like helping out at the Poke Center, and taking care of the Pokemon there.

[ She's a little surprised when she notices the message, a while later, but it's reading what it says that has her really worrying. ]

What? Oh no! You mean everyone could have seen that?

[... Yeah, that's about how he guessed she would feel about it.]

Thanks. I just get really embarrassed about singing in front of people, or being in the spotlight.

[ That's why it's easier as part of a band, because the attention isn't solely on her. ]

The difference is I actually CAN'T sing, though.

Really? Did you want to learn? I mean, I'm not really qualified to teach, but it's actually not too difficult to pick up. People think that it's something people can only do naturally, but it is actually a skill that can be learned and practiced.

You don't necessarily have to be a musician. Sometimes singing is just a nice way of letting out your feelings.

But... Hold on, if that's all you're singing for, it's not like you need to be a good singer, right?
If you're just humming while you clean or something, it doesn't matter how nice it sounds.

That's definitely true! If you're singing for yourself, it doesn't really matter what you sound like. But, at least for me, I like learning how well I can do, even if I'm only singing for myself or my animal friends.

It's a good feeling knowing that you're doing *your* best, even if you're not trying to be *the* best.

[ The picture does help put Fluttershy a bit more at ease, but she's still reeling at the thought that people might have been listening to her sing. ]
