I was thinking today how it's been a while since I've posted anything like this. Or really talked to you guys without it being something like...a malfunction or an accident, so!

I wanted to ask, whether or not you've been here for a long time or just got here, do you have a favorite Pokemon?

I guess it's kindof predictable for me to say my starter is my favorite, but I do really like Eevee a lot. They're a very versatile Pokemon, a good choice for any trainer since they can become so many different things depending on your tastes.

I'd love to hear what everyone else's opinions are.

That's okay! It does take some time, especially if you don't have a whole lot yet.

What Pokemon do you have on your team so far?

So far, there is Ouni, a Mawile, as well as Mujina, a 'Galarian' Linoone, Amanozako, a Hawlucha, as well as a Chespin, Cufant, and 'Type: Null', named Hot Flashes.

Hot Flashes is not suited for battle, thus, they are not technically apart of the team.

Ooh, that's an interesting lineup. I have a Type: Null too, actually! Their name is Mystery...and they can't battle either, but they make up for that in being a great companion. They're really sweet.

Indeed!

Hot Flashes is very shy, and has occasionally created scorch damage in our inn rooms, but their company is well worth the extra care!

Aw, poor thing...so they're a fire type, then? Mine's a grass type.

Indeed! They are slowly coming out of their shell over time however.

Hopefully, the amount of explosive incidents lessen as well.

That's good to hear! The Type:Nulls always seem to be so nervous, so I'm always happy when they find good homes. Mine gets anxious easily, and they'll grow roots and get stuck in place for a while if it gets bad enough.

Not destructive so much as it is inconvenient, at least.

Does this occur even through solid flooring!?

It depends on how solid the floor is. I don't think they'd be able to break through like, tile or anything like that.

Wood floors might be a different story...so I just try to be careful about when I let them out of their ball. The good news is they've improved a lot since I got them, so they're nowhere near as nervous around others as they used to be!

It is good to hear that! To be confined to a pokeball would no doubt only worsen such anxiety after all. You have done well to bring them to this point then!

Thank you. I'm glad you think so.

I wish I could have adopted more of them when I got Mystery, honestly...but even just one is a lot of work. I don't want to adopt a ton of special needs Pokemon and then not be able to give them the care they deserve.

Indeed, it is for the best that they enforce such limitations! Otherwise, one could easily be swept into tasks they cannot properly handle, causing instability for the adopted Type: Null.

Exactly. Not that I'm happy that they've ended up in the situation they're in to begin with...unable to battle and dealing with situations even experienced trainers might struggle with.

It could always be worse, though.

Hmmmn, this is true.

Given the circumstances of their birth to begin with, I, the man Gongenzaka, cannot help but bear suspicion toward the company which put them in such situations from the very start.

I agree with you...I'm not sure how much can be done about it directly other than to keep an eye on them, though. The way the justice system here works is a bit different from what I'm used to back home...

This much, I have noticed. It was clear when I, the man Gongenzaka, was laughed away from the police over what I had brought to them in fact!

[Yes he is still salty.]

Oh...what did you bring to them, exactly?

I had awoken within the base of Team Rocket, and told that I was expected to work with them. I, the man Gongenzaka, left immediately to explain this situation!

And was instead treated as if I were joking!

Oh! Oh gosh that's...I mean I probably would have left too? But I'm not sure I would have been so ready to tell the authorities about it...you didn't get in trouble?

They did indeed attempt to attack me on the way out.

However I, the man Gongenzaka, refused!

More than that however, I fear that with the attitude of the law enforcement, they determined that my lack of information upon them was of no threat...it is good that they do not harass and harm my friends, but I fear for others who arrive in such a situation.

It isn't fair that some people just wake up with the Rockets and are expected to work with them despite not knowing whats going on or even how they got here...how would anyone know what they're getting into, in that situation?

Precisely!

And more than this, there is no doubt in my mind that for those who remain more than a number of days, the risks of simply leaving as I, the man Gongenzaka had, increase exponentially!

And yet from the 'Jennys' here, there is nothing I have seen them commit to in the slightest...
