I was thinking today how it's been a while since I've posted anything like this. Or really talked to you guys without it being something like...a malfunction or an accident, so!

I wanted to ask, whether or not you've been here for a long time or just got here, do you have a favorite Pokemon?

I guess it's kindof predictable for me to say my starter is my favorite, but I do really like Eevee a lot. They're a very versatile Pokemon, a good choice for any trainer since they can become so many different things depending on your tastes.

I'd love to hear what everyone else's opinions are.

Yeah, that sounds like Shilling. It's not like he's always angry or mean, but he's really competitive. ...And, to be honest, I think he has fun proving he's stronger than other Pokemon, too.

Yeah, Shilling really has fun with those. He was a huge help in my first two gym battles.

By the time I challenged Whitney, though, I was trying to give my other Pokemon more training. Having one Pokemon who's strong enough to carry the whole team isn't great strategy, you know? Anyway, Shilling did not like that at first, let me tell you..

But I was able to sell him on it! Once he saw it was a chance to help his teammates like a coach, things got better. He's actually started to enjoy hanging back.

Thanks. I've got to say, even though I'd picked up on a lot about training by that point, that could've been the real test of what I'd learned so far. But yeah, it worked out.

And no kidding about Miltank. Like, I know no Pokemon is just a normal whatever it's like, but that thing is seriously not a normal cow.
