Summary: Happy birbday! (Aka: a race to see who tackles an eagle first and whether or not they keep it)

It’s a nice… well okay, it’s not sunny since this week has been an almost non-stop wintry mix. But at least Keith and Allura have nice, cozy rooms at the inn they’ve been staying at in Violet City—
Ah. And then the broadcast goes out. And Riz calls up Allura to see if she and Keith and help with the Braviary sitting on top of the Radio Tower. Welp… good thing this call is early in the morning, it’s going to take a few hours to get to Goldenrod, even by flying. Once they get there… well, surely things will go smoothly, right? (Allura sincerely hopes there’s cocoa after this…)

The money was a very nice extra. P25.000 could buy a lot of business cards. Or spy gear. Perhaps even a GPS tracker or two?
Convincing Mando had taken about 3.5 minutes. But they were going to need a bigger party than just the two of them. Which is why Allura's gear is going off exactly five minutes after the broadcast.]

Keith and I are in Violet City at the moment. We're able to Fly, but it will still take some time.
[Especially with Kirlos carrying two passengers and pushing himself at emergency speed. Birdy is gonna get a Pokémon Center visit, rest, and a LOT of treats after this.]

[Unfortunately, neither Riz nor Mando have any pokemon big enough to ride just yet. Well, Riz could presumably ride Mando, and frankly, if his legs end up being too short to keep up with him, he'll do so without shame, but either way they are still getting there on their own power.]

Goldenrod... It might take a few hours, but perhaps... [Sounds like Allura's found a strategy.] Very well, we'll be there as soon as we can.
[Maybe if she has Kirlos use a few rounds of Agility before Flying, he'll be able to bring his speed up and cut more time on the flight. Still, he'll likely be exhausted, best to bring a couple others for the actual fighting. And off to her boyfriend's still-separate hotel room.]
