[After agreeing to meet up with both Romelle and Yuzu in Goldenrod via a call for help on the 'gear, Tooru made his way quickly on his Corviknight after telling Iwaizumi to stay and help out in Azalea. However, taking a large metal bird to get to the city has been... a rather bad idea as he gets a pissed off bird on his bird's tail at the city limits, and immediately lands and sends out his Luxray to start trying to attack the large Braviary.

Taking to his 'gear, Tooru immediately contacts both Yuzu and Romelle, looking a little bit banged up thanks to a rough landing.]

Oikawa here, I'm near Goldenrod but I won't be able to meet in the city itself, one of the birds decided that I was lunch!!

[The 'gear pans to the oversized angry bird screeching as his Luxray is firing off a few Electric type moves.]

[Romelle gasped when she saw the call, but recognized the spot near Goldenrod where they were. She nodded to herself before responding.]

I'm on my way!

[It wouldn't take long for her to get there, thankfully.]

[ Oh crap... good thing she's already on Soprano, her Altaria. She'd been hoping to let Soprano rest first, but...! ]

Me too! I should be close! Please, Soprano...!

[ Soprano lets out a determined cry before shooting forward at max speed.

She should arrive around the same time as Romelle, and once she's within enough distance to see the massive Braviary clearly... ]

Mozart! Schubert! Like we've practiced!!

[ She throws two Pokeballs, one below the other, with a Garchomp and Gallade emerging... the Gallade landing on top of the Garchomp and shooting forward. A knight riding a dragon, truly. ]

[Tooru sees Yuzu first, and is impressed by how in sync the two Pokémon are before sending out his Chimecho.]

Hikari, use Icy Wind! Iwa-chan, hit it with an Iron Tail!

[Both Pokémon do as they're told, Chimecho chilling the air with her attack and Luxray launching up and hitting the bird's wing enough to make it wobble in the air, but not enough to knock it down.

His Corviknight, however, remains in place and refuses to join the battle, instead looming over his trainer protectively.]

Thanks! Didn't know how much longer I could hold my own with a pissed off bird!

[Romelle sent out her Pachirisu first.]

Use Electro Ball!

[The little squirrel looking creature immediately charged up and fired off her first shot. Romelle turned to Oikawa.]

What is it so big?

[ They've been practicing for this, and with Yuzu's experience in riding from Action Duels, training her Pokemon to be able to pull something like this off was a big goal of hers... and evidently one she's achieved with these two. Yuzu flies around the area at a safe distance on her Altaria, while Schubert shoots forward like a fighter jet with Mozart on top.

Still, it is huge, and with five Pokemon out battling it (not counting the ones being used as mounts or protecting their trainer), it's well and truly a raid battle right now. ]

Night Slash! Dragon Claw!!

[ With the Braviary stunned from having taken multiple attacks in quick succession, including Electric attacks, Yuzu has her Pokemon take the opportunity, and Schubert dives down at the Braviary at full speed, one of it's claws glowing green while Mozart raises one of it's blades, wreathed in ominous dark energy... the massive bird turns in the air, wings suddenly emitting a psychic aura of it's own, and slashes at the diving duo.

There's a mighty clash between the Braviary's Esper Wings against Mozart and Schubert's Night Slash and Dragon Claw. Terrifyingly enough, despite being 2 against 1, the massive Braviary barely falters, putting up a good fight against the two. ]

Wha...!?

[ It's a rare sight to see either Mozart or Schubert being physically overpowered, and they're working together right now. With a loud caw from the massive Alpha, both it and the Garchomp/Mozart team are knocked away from each other with a noticeable shockwave. ]

Nn...! It's really strong, too!

[ No wonder they needed to team up to take just one down. ]

[All of their Pokémon combined going after this bird barely doing anything frustrates Tooru, as well as Aoi just stubbornly refusing to do anything to join the battle. It can't be helped he supposes, but what good is a large bird of his own if he won't go fly up and battle.

Regardless, he turns to Romelle and Yuzu with a huff after his Luxray manages a Thunder Fang and Chimecho gets off another Icy Wind, but to very little. Only pissing the bird off more, it seems, as they too are knocked away by a shockwave from the Alpha.]

This thing is STRONG! Either of you have any idea how we're even going to beat it, let alone capture it like that Lance guy and the league want us to?

I don't know about capturing... if anything, we'll have to be careful not to fully make it faint in order to do that.

[Romelle looked worried. With bigger opponents, it could be hard sometimes getting one of those to not faint at the end of a tough battle!]

Either way, I do have some potions we can use to keep our own Pokémon going if needed!

Guh...! Nothing's unbeatable, just keep at it! If you see it weakening, try to throw a Pokeball!

[ It'll definitely be difficult, but they also can't afford to pull their punches against this bird. Yuzu's Pokemon certainly haven't been pulling their punches, but they were repelled regardless. Speaking of... ]

Schubert, Mozart!

[ With her Pokemon now recovered from being thrown away like that, Schubert shoots toward the Braviary again, both of them using the same moves as before: Night Slash and Dragon Claw.

However, now coming from the side, Mozart jumps off of Schubert at the last second in order to attack from above while Schubert attacks from the side. The idea is to take the bird from two different angles to make it more difficult for the massive opponent, but alas... ]

Ah...!

[ The Alpha lets out an almost ear-piercing cry before wind suddenly begins to violently pick up, with the Braviary at the very center of it. Yep, that sure is a Hurricane attack. ]

Mozart...!!

[ Schubert is relatively fine, immediately retreating and not taking too much damage... but Mozart, who was directly above the Braviary, is suddenly sent flying upward. Needless to say, the Fighting-Type is out of commission with that, and is now unconscious and falling.

Yuzu quickly flies up on Soprano, recalling her Gallade back to his Pokeball in midair. Not wanting to let their capabilities fall for too long, though, she immediately sends out her next Pokemon... a Greninja. ]

Go, Salieri...! Can we paralyze it or something...!? It's too fast!

[ It's the only thing she can come up with on the spot while attempting to quickly recover her own strategy, Salieri now taking Mozart's place and landing on Schubert in midair. ]
