[ There's a pale, delicately built girl in the video, sitting in a park somewhere in Violet City with her bag at her side on a bench. There's two eggs that look like they're a couple of days from hatching, and an exasperated look on the girl's face as she holds one of the strings on a Drifloon.
On the other string is held aloft a cardboard sign that simply reads "I'M A MENACE TO SOCIETY" ]
Alright, two questions.
One: What do I even name this guy?
Two:
[ and she takes a deep sigh here ]
How do I get him to stop trying to drag toddlers into Hell?! I was trying to have a nice day out with my Pokemon and I've had to apologize to five parents already.
[ She's burying her face in her hands as she says this. She is deeply ashamed that this balloon does not play well with other children, okay. But as she's burying, the Drifloon looses himself from her grip, eyeing a nearby baby.
She manages to yank him fast enough, but holy fuck. ]
What the- NO!

[ There's the cheerful burbling of a pokemon that has found itself just that. There is a rustling that Kimmuriel steadfastly ignores. ]
If it reverts to instinct instead of bothering you, then it is likely bored.

Wow, I've never even seen this kind of Pokemon. So it grabs kids and tries to fly off with them?!
[He hopes it won't try that on other Pokemon too, like his.]

[ she probably wouldn't be fine, but it would be less terrifying. ]

[There's a Pokemon that dark in nature? He had hoped she was exaggerating.]

Not that I haven't been doing that already.

[ Sorry, the opportunity was there. She had to. ]

Flipflap seems to almost enjoy pissing me off.

[ It's how she tries to rationalize what her kind do even if she doesn't agree with it. Some of them literally need to feed on people, so... ]

[ It's a LOT to deal with. ]

Sorry, yeah- It sounds frustrating as hell. But, hopefully, your little guy will get in line.
VIDEO
Which still isn't great, but at least it's not as bad...
I think the best you can do though is try to give them something to do. ...Maybe even a doll?

[ She sighs somewhat over-dramatically. ]
Time to check out a toy store or something, I guess.

...I think if you have another pokemon it might work better...they probably want someone to play with more than 'something', right..?

[...The look on this kid's face is...pretty much exactly the look of someone who didn't actually remember that was an option.
...
And probably has a full few boxes for it.] Y...yeah, I guess that also works...You've only had them for a few hours though, really? Did you just catch them on the nearest route?no subject
it was a great time with the dice, a bad time for the pokemon list update after, oops
There's a place called the Safari Zone where you can catch foreign pokemon through the day for a fee, and I didn't really think about things until it was too late...
[Half of these aren't even named.
What has he done...]

I don't think it's enough to really give everyone time though...
video;
Put it back in its Pokeball.
Then decide how valuable it is to you.
Re: video;
[ She rushes to out it back in its ball, then exhales sharply. ]
I think I'm just... Gonna sleep on this decision for a bit, try to train it out of this habit.
And if that doesn't work... Eh. We've only known each other a couple of days.
video;
Are all ghost types so aggressive?

Trust me, I know that feel.
[ Vampire shit and all. ]

Have you tried feeding it berries?
[Maybe it's just hungry? And needs an alternative?]

I've found Pippin tends to drift towards those it most wants to play with... so I've essentially partnered him with my togepi, a naturally cheerful little thing that, honestly, always wants to be holding someone's hand anyway.
They've been good for keeping one another out of trouble.

[ She's not expecting this guy to be a model citizen, it's just that apologizing to dozens of parents a day doesn't look too appealing to her. ]
