[Action; Open]
Who: Loki
Where: New Bark Town
When: Morning
Summary: Loki just woke up in a strange place with no memory of how he got there. He's going to make it everyone else's problem
Rating: T for language
Log:
The still, quiet peace of a new dawn in New Bark town is shattered by a loud scream. A few moments later, a tall man with stringy black hair is pushed out of the front door, bag in hand, Snorunt by his side.
"Excuse you!" He whips around and tries to go back in, only to find the door locked. He starts banging on it. "I demand answers! What journey? And who are you to call yourself my mother?!"
Whoever this is, he's very persistent. He's just going to keep doing this for about an hour while the poor Snorunt trembles while it clings to his leg.
((OOC: if you tagged his TDM with the arrival post and want it to be canon, link it here and we can continue the shenanigans.))

I suppose if your pokemon remained weak it COULD be dangerous- but they seem to enjoy fighting and training, so that has not been an issue for me so far"

"Yes, she seems a most fearsome warrior," Loki says sarcastically. Snorunt chitters, seemingly offended. She lets go of Loki's leg and waddles over to Hubert's Corvisquire, chittering in what he supposes is meant to be a menacing way.
"Little flake, that bird is twice you-" before Loki can finish his sentence, Snorunt lets out another puff of Powder Snow.
It's not very effective.

"Flames help me, would you two stop?!"
They do not.

"Fine, fine, you are a mighty warrior, Snjókorn." Snorunt chitters happily at her new name.
He raises an eyebrow at Hubert. "Are they alright? I'm sure she didn't mean any harm."

THE BABY ATTACKED YOU!!!!
SHE DID YOU SAW IT YOU'RE A WITNESS
Thankfully the two humans don't have to actually understand this hoopla.
"You would think creatures that resemble ravens would be a bit more clever."
no subject
"Not all ravens can be the smart ones." Loki has to raise his voice a bit to be heard over the enthusiastic retellings of Snjókorn's crimes.
"I thank you for the information, Hubert. You've been most helpful."
no subject
"Actually, I have a proposal for you, Loki."

"Nothing of that sort, but if you want to be quipy about it I can just leave-"
He has a feeling this man is not too dissimilar to Claude and that curiosity might be enough of a lure on it's own.

"I left this little hamlet a month ago, but I found myself... offhandedly defeated in a battle recently, and... well, I decided a return to the beginning would be wise. To reassess my training and tactics. So we will be traveling the same early roads for a time.
Your little snowflake seems interested in proving it's strength, and perhaps observing someone else's methods would help inspire me. I feel we could benefit each other."

And just because he's without his powers doesn't mean he can't defend himself.
"Why not? What do you say to a traveling companion, Snjókorn?"
The snorunt shivers. She wouldn't have attacked that bird if she knew they would be traveling together!
no subject
"Do not worry about those two, I have a feeling they already forgot what they were yelling about."
And in fact the birds are now just caw-chatting at each other, not even noticing the Snorunt anymore.

She nods, something Loki didn't think was possible without a discernable neck.
"It's settled, then. When were you planning on departing?"
