The still, quiet peace of a new dawn in New Bark town is shattered by a loud scream. A few moments later, a tall man with stringy black hair is pushed out of the front door, bag in hand, Snorunt by his side.

"Excuse you!" He whips around and tries to go back in, only to find the door locked. He starts banging on it. "I demand answers! What journey? And who are you to call yourself my mother?!"

Whoever this is, he's very persistent. He's just going to keep doing this for about an hour while the poor Snorunt trembles while it clings to his leg.

"Well, at least they're useful. For the most part." Snorunt chitters indignantly from Loki's arms.

"The madwoman also said something about a journey. I tried to ask what manner of journey, but she simply shoved that," he indicates the bag, "in my arms and threw me out. Care to share your insights on that as well?"

The shrieking is what draws Mando's attention. Months in this quiet, peaceful world, and all it takes is some yowling to get his hackles up and his hands reaching for blasters that aren't there.

At least he has all his armour back.

He creeps in on the sound, coming at it from the side. As he gets closer, it becomes abundantly clear that no one is in any real danger. Just another new arrival, and this one particularly pissy about his set of circumstances.

Mando watches the new guy bang on the door for awhile, then sighs. He should intervene, shouldn't he? This guy is going to wake up the neighbourhood.

"They're not going to let you back in."

[Radley has decided to come back to New Bark Town from time to time to check on possible new arrivals. Sometimes it takes them a while to post to the network, and Radley imagines some of them are very shaken upon first coming here and could use a friend or a listening ear.

Thus it is that when he wanders in with four Eevees, a Skitty, and an Espurr, he encounters Loki pounding on the door and yelling. Wincing, Radley goes over.]

Yeah, I don't think that's gonna work. It never has for anyone else.
