Lorenz gives Zack a look like one might a particularly cute pokemon doing an exceptionally cute trick. Like that question is somehow the sweetest thing in the world. Lorenz draws him over to a little half booth, sliding onto the bench seat and gesturing for Zack to do the same so they're sitting on the same side of the table.

"No, not at all. It turns out I am horribly weak to men with a bright smile and a troublesome streak. The charm is only infuriating because it is so effective at making me forget how to speak." He huffs dramatically, leaning over the table as though he is carrying some great burden. But there's a coy little smile that tugs at his lips as he glances at Zack, warm and appreciative. "You know I'm meant to be a politician. How can I govern my people if I fall to pieces every time a rakishly charming man winks at me?"
