Mint ice cream is fine, but peppermint might be too intense for me in that regard. Gingerbread and egg nog, however, are quite delightful!

Well, I wouldn't say no to an extra set of hands once the baking comes into play...but I also wouldn't make you work for free, since I'm planning on selling what I'm making.
