victory_road | Halloween costumes HELP! [Video]

[The video starts with zack running around in nothing but his shorts trying to put what looks like a pumpkin costume onto his hisuian Growlithe, Doggo who clearly doesn't want to be a pumpkin of or halloween. That or the poor pokemon just doesn't want a costume in general.]

Doggo! Come back here! You're already kinda orange and round! Hey! [There's a crash and suddenly a mimikyu is running across screen frantically followed by brodoof the bidoof who is dressed as a little wizard.]]

Okay you're not fat I didn't mean it like that! You're fluffy! Doggo no don't go under the bed!

[The camera falls off a nightstand it was perched on and onto the floor. The video is now sideways and Zack and doggo are off camera as he finally caught him and is slipping the costume on him. At least that's what it looks like from the angle. The camera is behind him and Zack's butt is blocking most of what is happening.]

Finally! Oh you look so cute! Okay let me just show everyone and then we can take it off and I'll give you all the treats I promise!

[Zack gets up with pumpkin doggo in his arms and looks around for his phone, only finding it after a few minutes of looking and holds it up so Doggo is front and center along with his bare chest and wow there are a lot of small scars all over him. Weird.]

Okay well after all that hi everyone! I was wondering what you think of Doggo's halloween costume. I think he should be the cutest pumpkin ever but it seems he rather be something cooler. Anyone have any suggestions? I also need to work on a costume for Sparks Mcthunder, Geal and myself so if you have any suggestions on that let me know

(Even though Harry has been dreading for Halloween for more personal reasons (no thank you Voldemort) for a while now, he didn’t show it on his side of the screen. He could be seen brushing Godric’s fluffy mane while Lily, who is now a patient and large bird in a hat and a ‘vest’, is preening Rowan’s feathers.)

Awww, look at you, Doggo. You look so adorable as a pumpkin. Violet really enjoys dressing up a lot compared to most of my team, not to say that they’re not interested at all. She enjoys it the most out of all of them, Godric included.

See, even Godric thinks that way too. By the way, are any costume choices you have considered so far? I don’t normally dress myself up that often, but I might consider tapping into my country’s rich legends for this occasion.

Heya Harry! I know he looks so cute I can't stand it! [ Zack is gushing over his growlithe, rubbing his cheek against the puppy who clearly is just letting him do whatever he wants now that he is stuck in this puffy suit and can hardly move.]

Oh! Harry did you dress up your pokemon too??
[Zack shifts his own camera a bit so it's more of his face and less of Doggo. His other pokemon can be seen running around in the background and knocking more things over. Yes it is chaos at the temporary Fair residence. ]

I was thinking maybe a werewolf cause well...so I used to be called a puppy by a friend and even though they aren't here I think it'd be nice to wear something for them [Zack scratches his chin, the tiniest hint of stubble there.] Not sold on it yet though. I'm happy to take any suggestions though! So what thing are you going to be or is it a secret?

Hehehe, I wish I could, but the best I could at the moment is letting Violet wear some flowers on her head. I sadly don’t have the money to splurge on Pokémon costumes for most of the time. But I have more than enough to purchase some for the whole team, I will ask them what they want to be this year.

Werewolves sounds like a a great choice for Halloween. But I can suggest maybe a pirate, as in a friendly pirate who wouldn’t hurt anyone. As for me, I might go on the Robin Hood route, he’s a very popular mythical figure in England.

Oh I don't either really but I saw the pumpkin one and had to get it for Doggo but now he doesn't seem to like it much. I made the others though. Never really had much as a kid so I learned to get crafty for my own fun.

[He sets Doggo down and goes to the bed full of clutter and clearly not made and lays on it, using the poke gear like a plain old video call with Harry now.]

A pirate sounds fun but man whose robin hood? I never heard of him before. What's that costume going to look like? Is Eng-a-land where you come from? Sounds cool.

Well, there is still a couple of weeks away from Halloween, so maybe you can try to find something for Doggo on time. Maybe he might be interested in being a werewolf or a wolf for this year. I don’t know if it will suit him though, but it could be a good jumping point.

Yeah, I’m originally from England in my world: it is a country in a continent people from Earth called Europe. As for this Robin Hood man, he is said to be a legendary folk hero who once stole from the rich to help the poor and needy in the medieval times. I imagine needing to bring out a green hooded cloak, a long sleeve shirt, pants, and boots along with an archery set and a sword or a dagger.

Oh yeah totally, I got time and I kept the tag if I need to return this but...[The camera shifts to show just Doggo laying there all spread out but still in his costume.] He's so cute!! How could I return this?!?

Robin hood sounds awesome! We didn't really have anything like that when I was a kid but I think I would have loved him growing up. If you need help making it maybe I can help out.

Yeah, that is a hard question. Maybe let him give the costume some time to get used to before trying to return it. He will probably try to love it as much as you do.

Oh why thank you so much, Zack. I really appreciate the help. I could need some in finding some prop weapons since I don’t think Robin Hood usually pokes his enemies with a stick in many versions of his adventures.

Hey don't doubt the power of a stick. You can still do some damage with wood if you try hard enough. [No he has no idea how weird that actually sounds.]

But yeah we can meet up and do some Halloween Prep together. Maybe by then Doggo will have agreed to be the cutest roundest pumpkin boy.

Oh right, maybe I could be the first person to prove that maybe Robin did poke bad guys with sticks if he has only sticks and no other weapons on hand. That would be pretty hilarious.

Yeah. It is highly possible that he probably did it too and some writers didn’t compile it into the many deeds he has done throughout his adventures.

Hehehe, Roger is doing very well. He was able to handle a couple of Trainer battles on his own and he is on track to be at a level to take on some of the Gym Battles though my team is in no rush to go in there just yet.

(Then Roger shows up on screen, happily waving at Zack and Doggo while Godric cheerfully barks in delight.)
