Halloween costumes HELP! [Video]

[The video starts with zack running around in nothing but his shorts trying to put what looks like a pumpkin costume onto his hisuian Growlithe, Doggo who clearly doesn't want to be a pumpkin of or halloween. That or the poor pokemon just doesn't want a costume in general.]

Doggo! Come back here! You're already kinda orange and round! Hey! [There's a crash and suddenly a mimikyu is running across screen frantically followed by brodoof the bidoof who is dressed as a little wizard.]]

Okay you're not fat I didn't mean it like that! You're fluffy! Doggo no don't go under the bed!

[The camera falls off a nightstand it was perched on and onto the floor. The video is now sideways and Zack and doggo are off camera as he finally caught him and is slipping the costume on him. At least that's what it looks like from the angle. The camera is behind him and Zack's butt is blocking most of what is happening.]

Finally! Oh you look so cute! Okay let me just show everyone and then we can take it off and I'll give you all the treats I promise!

[Zack gets up with pumpkin doggo in his arms and looks around for his phone, only finding it after a few minutes of looking and holds it up so Doggo is front and center along with his bare chest and wow there are a lot of small scars all over him. Weird.]

Okay well after all that hi everyone! I was wondering what you think of Doggo's halloween costume. I think he should be the cutest pumpkin ever but it seems he rather be something cooler. Anyone have any suggestions? I also need to work on a costume for Sparks Mcthunder, Geal and myself so if you have any suggestions on that let me know

To be for... what? No, no. Aloween? I've never heard of it before. Is this meant to be some manner of Masquerade? What with.... costumes and all. Apparently?

[Oh he is indeed. It stops mid thigh and is frilly with a petticoat and everything. The man even has white stockings on to complete the look.]

Oh, have you never heard of halloween?

[Zack is just going to put the phone down and prop it up so he can walk back and show off his outfit.]

Halloween, you dress up as anything and get candy and get spooky and have fun. You've never heard of it?

[Stopping mid-thigh means he can see Zack's thighs and he only gets redder at that. Oh Sweet Sothis.]

No, it's not something we do in Fodlan.

W-why are you wearing a dress!?

[He rubs at his chin and frowns a little. There really are many here who don't know halloween and that's a shame.]

Oh well we did it when I was a kid and it's my Halloween costume. I'm little red riding hood. Do you like it? I even got some matching boots and I've been practicing wearing them since. Man, heels are really hard to move in. [a pause.] Do you want to see it with the boots on?

Little red riding hood.... I... see.... [His face might just match Zack's dress.]

Wouldn't that be a woman's costume? W-with heels? [At least until something occurs to him that makes it infinitely cuter.] Wait is Doggo going to be your big bad wolf????

[If he had noticed Lorenz's blush he would have commented how cute it is but luckily for him he's too busy grabbing the shoes to notice. He holds them up and yeah they are black thigh highs with heels.]

Ahaha! You figured it out! Yeah doggo is gonna be my big bad wolf since he didn't like being a pumpkin. Pretty cute idea right? But yeah on halloween you can wear anything so even a dress is fine. But honestly if the heels weren't so bad I'd wear this normally. It's so much easier to move in than my uniform.

Doggo is hardly a very scary big ba... oh

[Wow. Those are sure some boots. Tall boots. Tall leather boots. With heels.]

H-how did you find... boots like that? that... um... that fit- oh heavens

[Hold on he's dropping his phone on the couch so he can pace for a moment, flailing slightly, and fanning his face. Ideally, of course, the phone is meant to be directed right up at the ceiling but- Well there's a ghostly little purple hand and then the phone tilts so Zack can see precisely how flustered he is. Stephanie is a menace.]

Oh it was not easy. I had to really look around! Totally got them on sale too!

[Zack is going to start putting them on but he notices some movement on the phone and watches it as he starts to lace up his boots.]

Hey Lor are you okay? I mean, if this outfit bothers you I can go back to just a phone call. I know you come from a more conservative place and this is...not that so...

[There's a moment where he hisses something under his breath and waves a hand over his phone then he snatches it back up.]

N-no I'm sorry. I'm... fine. It's fine, really Zack. I-it looks.... v-very good... on you.... you'relovely

[Oh.

Lorenz is being super cute right now and it's been a long time since anyone showed interest in him so he's really just loving this attention.]

Lor, buddy take a breath.

[Zack is totally with the biggest smile here.]

How about we switch to phone call okay? Maybe we can talk about getting you a costume?

[ That brilliant grin has his heart in his throat for a moment before he just.... nods dumbly and turns the video feed off. An action which is immediately followed by the soft whump of Lorenz throwing himself back on the couch to wallow in his embarrassment. ]

My apologies, I've been terribly inappropriate with you.

No no it's fine! You didn't know I'd be in my halloween costume or anything when you turned video on. at least I wasn't naked out of the shower!

[There is a chuckle there and then a flop himself as he starts to take the boots back off.]

I wouldn't say it was inappropriate. I...well it's nice to think people find me attractive. I'm not going to lie I've been kind of lonely since I got here so you really cheered me up.

You practically were in the original video.

[Goddess, why did he say that?! It's mostly embarrassing but there's the tiniest hint of dreamy airiness to his voice when he says it.]

I can't imagine how difficult it must be, having no one from your world here but... w-well... You're a very handsome man. I-If you don't mind my saying so.

Yeah I guess I was, wasn't I? It wasn't on purpose though. I swear.

[He closes his eyes and sighs a bit at Lorenz's words, his smile faltering a little. He's glad Lorenz can't see him right now]

Thanks Lor. I mean I'm not like a superficial kinda guy so I'm not trying fish for compliments but I do appreciate them. I do miss being around friends even if my missions were mostly on my own. I always had someone I could talk to though. It seems here most already have their friends so... [A pause.] Would you want to go shopping together or something?

N-no, I don't imagine it was! It just...

[But he goes quiet, listening to Zack's lament. ]

Zack... I would love to go shopping with you. I am not much of a homebody myself, I love going out and doing things so if you ever want company please, call me. We'll find ourselves something to do. Perhaps I'll bring Conifer with me so you can meet her? She's something of a Big Bad Wolf~ And I think she'd like you. Especially since you seem to favor dogs so much.

I'd really like that. I'd love to me more of your pokemon too Lor. I haven't been trying to collect dog like pokemon but I guess that's kinda what I keep going towards isn't it? [ A little bit of a laugh there.] But yeah I'm down to see you more too Lor. I know you got other friends and all but I really like hanging out with you.

I daresay you would get along quite well with some of the others from my home here. Dimitri and Sylvain especially get along with nearly everyone.

[And, let's face it, Zack gives off that Dumb Faerghan Jock energy.]

[He cuts himself off with a soft giggle that he brings a hand up to his mouth to attempt to stiffle.]

Not at all like me. I believe the only one that would be at all like me might be Ashe. They are all nice and lovely.... well except Felix, you might want to avoid him.

If Goldenrod is far for you I can come to you, I've been to most areas of Johto so I should be able to simply warp to where you are.

Aw well I think you are sweet and polite, Lor. You're a great guy. [He really likes that giggle too. Maybe he should compliment Lor's laughter too but he doesnt want to overwhelm the other man or go too quick with him either.]

I'm in Ecruteak I think so I'm not too far from Goldenrod. Am I able to warp to you even if I don't have a traveling pokemon? If so I should be able to warp to you too!
