[ Behold, a sudden baby appearing on the network! Holding up a small, wide-eyed Espurr for the camera to see. It's expression? Completely unchanging... but, well, that's most Espurrs, actually. ]

It's not even Christmas yet!! But I found them in my room!! They're so cute!!

[ Where did the mystery kitty come from? Eri doesn't know... nor does she really care, either. ]

[ Or well, someone with an Espurr... who, granted, was a tad more expressive than this one. Who's just been completely still and unmoving. Still, the signs are life are clear! If only in the sense that you can occasionally see it blink. ]

I have six of them, myself. Well, four Espurr and two Meowstic.

[ Her eyes may as well be literally sparkling. Six adorable kitties? Plus the just-as-cute bigger kitties? It's like a whole family of kitties! With a mom and a dad! Or a mom and a mom! Or a dad and a dad! She has a 1/3 chance of getting it right. ]

I started with one, and then my husband ended up with one that I inherited. Those two had eggs and now I've half a dozen of them. I once beat a gym with only them as my entire team.

[ She turns the Espurr around in her hands, blank eyes staring back into Eri's big red ones. Name... what to name you... ]

It's Christmas... so... oh! I know!

[ She turns Espurr around to face the camera again as Eri holds her up. ]

Your name will be... Vixen!! Like one of Santa's horsies!!

[ Considering that this is an Espurr... perhaps not the most fitting name, but Eri thinks it's cute, and that's what's important, right? ]

I think Mr. Claus utilizes a different sort of hooved animal, but that's a fine name.
