[Vierna's posting from her little apartment in Goldenrod, curled up on the couch with her feet tucked under the flank of her Hisuian Growlithe, Bellaunim, who has earned an exemption from her No Pokemon On The Furniture policy by virtue of Warm. It's a very cozy scene, except for the distinctly annoyed look on Vierna's face.]

So just out of curiosity - and I am aware this might be a very stupid question - how long ought we expect this "snow" nonsense to continue.

[She grew up underground, ok. She's never had to deal with seasons before.]

[She frowns thoughtfully, trying to picture this and, probably, coming up with something a good deal more realistically sculpted than your average snowman.]

Am I going to sound entirely foolish if I ask why?

[She considers for a moment.] Alright.

Do you want to make one?

[Vierna just got warm, but if Cordy really wants, she'll go back out in the snow with her because she is a dutiful girlfriend.]

Kinda? Doesn't have to be right now, buuuuuut I can make you some hot chocolate to make up for it if it is.

[ She's got that grin on her face. ]

Whaddaya say. You in?

Well, if there's hot chocolate at stake...

[Ok, ok, she is not immune to that grin. Probably someone has written an overwrought ballad about this kind of thing - the drow priestess lured out into the frozen wasteland of the surface winter by her vampiric lover.]

[ What happens next is Cordy gathering a few items from around the apartment. A carrot, first, then some large googly eyes. Assorted paraphernalia gathered, she's then going to dart outside and immediately start picking up some snow, rolling up some into a ball. Some of the Snorunts have followed? ]

[Vierna's preparations are a little more sedate, putting her cold-weather gear on and watching, faintly bemused, as Cordy gathers supplies.

Outside, she just kind of pauses for a moment, standing in the snow with her cloak wrapped around her.]

What should I do?

Just help me get this snowball nice and big, I'm gonna need a solid base.

Usually the ones I grew up making were just two balls, bigger one on the bottom, smaller on top. If you get really fancy you can do three.

[noamuth]

Two would seem like more of a snowdwarf than a snowman. [The ball hardly needs two people to push it, but Vierna moves to help anyway, pausing to pack a bit more snow on an uneven bit of the snowball.] Although then I suppose it would need a beard.

You're right, fuck, I'm even thinking of snow gnomes or some shit, three it is...

[ She stops to ponder something as she continues building up the ball.]

What do we even want this guy to look like, anyway?
