Hello and happy new year, everyone. I've got a question or two for you all. First--as someone who's had very little in the way of hobbies, even before coming here, I'm looking for some suggestions. [A beat.] Given the time of year and the weather, things that require minimal going outside preferred, but I'll gladly hear other suggestions for later.

Secondly, as someone who has trouble relaxing, any advice or ideas on that particular front would be welcome. I'm starting to realize I may need it.

I have not. I immediately opted for the ferry to Pallet when I got here, and my only return to Johto was to Goldenrod by the train.

Hmmmm and there's no warps to Palette, or I'd say it's almost worth it to just sail the ferry to New Bark and go from there...

Shoot! I mean sure you could travel from Goldenrod out, but it's a heck of a trip either way...

That'd still probably be the way that takes the shortest time--the ferry, I mean. I have plenty of flight-capable Pokémon, so getting from Viridian to Pallet in short order shouldn't be a problem.

Mmmm true once you put flight in the mix it's a day trip from there to the spa...I wouldn't call the ferry trip luxurious but it's not bad either so there's that-

It could certainly be a lot worse, at least. Even if we're only at the spa for the one day, it probably wouldn't hurt to stay in Cherrygrove a bit longer, come to think of it... [Since six days on a boat for one day at the spa? That doesn't seem terribly worth it...] And yes, Leone will be coming along, too. He could probably use this just as much.

Sometimes only one day is what you need... [she sighs, wistfully.] Oh, but it's definitely a good place to be for a vacation get away- they're really big on traditional architecture, and even outside the spa they have these natural springs...

Heheheheee...if I didn't think it would make it less relaxing I'd consider bringing Jolyne for a double date...I'll just have to root you on from the shadows~

I... don't know. I don't think so? I was counting the three days for the return trip to Kanto in my planning.
