Claude laughs in delight, pulling off his gloves before reaching up to comb fingers through the fur just below Grant's ears. Then he wraps his arms around the man's (wolf's?) neck, which pretty much requires him going on tiptoes even with Grant bending down. This puts him in proximity to nuzzle Grant's fur, too.

"I can't believe people discriminate against werewolves in your world. This is incredible." He chuckles. "But then again...I guess I can believe people can discriminate based on anything."

Grant, in turn, leans eagerly - though very carefully - into the attention, tail wagging eagerly.

...And he answers that comment with a quiet, affirmative snort. Assholery finds a way.
