That's true. But he's a robot, an AI, a droid. Those go by their programming. She's certain he's capable back home. But here? He doesn't have that programming. How does that even work? It's a somewhat fascinating thought. But Shadowmaru isn't a thing, he's a person. A certainly different kind of person than she's used to dealing with, but just the same.
