[Someone is feeling a bit lonely today thanks to this mouse swarm. However, talking about things like this has always been difficult for her, especially in regards to feelings. Yet, she's not sure if she can keep bottling it up either. So have an anonymous text.]


Have you noticed how these mouse Pokemon are running around in pairs or in families of three or four?

It must be nice to have someone at your side without having to worry whether they'll leave. To have a family.

Do you have a family back home? What are they like?

There is no place for me, where I came from. But there are some people I wish I could apologize to.

I would imagine it would be difficult to set down roots here, knowing that you should be someplace else.

You have many regrets. I can relate with that.

Considering we can be here and then not at any point, that does make it hard to settle down. Yet I've noticed some have.

I have seen many years pass overnight, here. There isn't any life for me at home, so when I'm gone, I'm gone. I suppose that makes it easier for me than it does for most, to know how I should live.

Do you have anyone from your home here?

[That makes it all infinitely more bearable.]

Odd, how that seems to be the trend for a great many of us.

[Scar has spent a great many sleepless nights wondering on exactly this.]

There is peace here, though, in a way I had never imagined. It has taken me years to get it into my head. I still haven't, I don't think.

I will agree to that. The peace here is something I don't have at home either, and haven't had in a very long time.

From what I have been able to see, yes. Those who originally come from the same place are likely to be connected, in some regard.

It does make me curious, as to the motivation for our being here.

I've been wondering about that too. It would be nice to have some clarity.
