Voice;

[A short and simple post to the network today. Bo-Katan sounds tired and disinterested.]

A few of my Pokémon decided to breed.

I have three Meowth eggs and one Lapras if anyone wants them.

((OOC Note: None of the eggs will have anything special as far as moves or anything else. The Meowths will have Bite early and Lapras will have Rain Dance, that’s it.))

You'd need to train over a hundred Pokémon, including a high percentage of females with compatible partners, to risk reaching that point... Or you'd have to adopt a Ditto. That'd do the trick.

The genderless ones, yes. Apparently, lumps of pink goo possess a certain charm that not even magnets or starfish can resist... Or they might simply have the power to make a copy of their partner as long as that partner is of any other species, considering that they cannot have Ditto children.

Perhaps because their natural life cycle is entirely different. It could be that new wild Beldum are... born in a manner that does not resemble regular reproduction, but Ditto are versatile enough to force them to fit the mold, so to speak.

Is that so? That is wonderful to hear!

[Hearing about the honorary grandbabies is always a delight, truly.]

Considering the species available between New Bark Town and Violet, I imagine he did not expect so much ice.

Thus, the egg. If she takes in any way after her parents, she may well have decided that their compatibility in battle would apply to their offspring. Or perhaps it truly is simply a personal affinity, born from proximity.

[Surely not all Pokémon can be as... mercenary in such matters as his own.]

That certainly helps! Though I've always wondered what traits Pokémon might find particularly pleasant in others. Are his cannons particularly well polished, perhaps?

[He doubts that's Paz's true charm point, but he cannot completely reject the theory, either.]
