Summary: A Celebi Sighting!



I. Celebi

[The walk to the National Park has been nice. Rui holds his Bounsweet, Cinia, in his arms as he takes in how perfect the day is. The sun is out, the bird Pokemon are singing, Celebi is flying overhead.

...

Celebi is flying over head!?

Rui had only heard about it in relation to the Ilex Shrine, so seeing one was amazing to him. He watches as it flies into the trees nearby.

I wasn't alone in seeing that right?

II. Tangled

[The day just got better! Alongside the Celebi sighting, was a display of its power. Large plants start growing throughout the Route. Rui is in awe...for all of 30 seconds before he starts getting caught up in the growth. He tries to dislodge himself to no avail, and its not long before he's too tangled to even stand.

Luckily his Bounsweet is out of her Pokeball and she toddles off to find someone.]

Hello? Can anyone hear me? I need help!

I. CELEBI

Cali had been walking Sweet Sixteen, he had been pretty stationary during the week in the Goldenrod City Hotel and Cali did hear that the National Park was a pretty scenic place to go for a walk in. Spotting Rui up ahead, Cali started to jog up to him with Sweet Sixteen when she too spotted Celebi up in the air!

"You weren't! Holy smokes, I thought Celebi was an urban legend..."

"Oh, really?" Rui asked. There isn't any judgement in his tone. He had never really discounted any of the Pokemon people have told him about, as this is quite the magical world they live in.

"Regardless, it's an amazing sight to see~ Though, I will say, I was picturing it to be bigger than that...How fascinating~"

He's so enraptured that he doesn't notice the new plant life starting to grow around the Route.

"This place truly is magical for sure...though I have to agree, I thought Celebi would be bigger and pink.." Cali was still amazed to see a real life onion fairy fly over head like that, not noticing the sudden growth of plant life close by.

Sweet Sixteen though does notice and blames it on the size commentary of the onion fairy. He starts giving the salty old man grunts to get Rui's and Cali's attention to the sudden plant growth all around them.

Rui nods, still amazed.

He finally snaps out notices the growth though, thanks to Sweet Sixteen. It's all around them now. "Ah, it appears we're in a bit of a bind, Cali-kun." He doesn't actually seem that concerned outwardly, though he's thinking quite a bit about what they can do to get away.

It took Cali some moments to realize that things were quickly turning into a mini jungle, also thanks to Sweet Sixteen. The Grumpy Pie Dragon is pleased with being recognized for getting their attention to the situation, but nearly tips over from how not concerned these two are.

"That we are....do you have anyone with cut as an attack? Maybe we can navigate from there?"
