Behind him Ry the Plusle stands, shuffling guiltily. His ears are flattened, and he looks unsure whether he wants acknowledgement or would prefer to melt into the ground.]

Has anyone figured out a way to keep the Tandemaus at bay that isn't constantly battling them? We've kept them out of our equipment this long, but it only takes one slip up.

[Maybe that has something to do with Ry's demeanour. He sinks down further.]

I can replace it, but getting one compatible with my synth isn't exactly the cheapest. Especially when this could just happen again tomorrow.

I've been looking for a grass type to help against Misty, but I keep finding these mice instead. Kallinikos seems to be having fun chasing them off, but...

Kallinikos must have a lot of energy. Some of mine were having fun when this started, but they're all pretty tired by now.

[It's been a day for Catrina after getting the lasted missing Pokemon poster up for her grotesque abomination, Gytrash, covered in glue and bits of the missing poster paper. It was a break time when she watches the video, of course the wretched former amphibian decides to pipe in.]

Shit, I'd say use lavender or peppermint oil around the area. Mice have stupid sensitive noses, it burns like crazy and should keep them away from the equipment.

If they're anything like the Micefolk and wererats back home, it should still be effective. It just means their noses are just that more sensitive than their smaller counterparts.

[This is the most normal Catrina has been in a conversation in a long while, maybe she's tried? If she were to be helpful though, Cat would've recommended diluting it in coconut oil to save on using too much.]

Pretty much, it's a two edge blade with height. Just insanely sensitive sense of smell, we had to do warnings on cocktails if it contained a certain aromatics back home.

[Living in a world with a massive diversity of sapient lifeforms, there were a lot of things that had to be taken into consideration. Catrina flops a bit on the wooden bench, her Pokemon watching on in mild amusement.]

Cinnamon is also a good option if you're not able to find the lavender oil.

[This infestation had started in Vermilion and it wouldn't surprise him if they were still having the worst of it even after they'd started spreading out.

Min turns his head, apparently not having noticed Ry melting sadly behind him. Ry looks up, giving his other dad the saddest baby eyes. He tried so hard to do a good job playing guard.

Feeling suddenly negligent, Min-Gi crouches to scoop him up. Ry takes this as an opportunity to flop dramatically.]

[The nicest thing that Min can do in this situation is pretend he hasn't heard Vogue's protest. They all know he hasn't. Sorry, Vogue, they love you but it's true.

Ry, meanwhile, sounds even more miserable than Vogue does. He wails loudly at having his pain made light of, Min-Gi rocking him to try and soothe him.]

[He's still a little sing-song in his entrance, but it's more to try and soothe him than to actively pick on him. Yes, Ry is a boneless baby, but he's their boneless baby. He comes over and reaches out to scritch Ry's head, right between his ears.]
