Video/Action 001: Cherrygrove
[When the broadcast first starts, the camera is faced toward a wall, crooked and out of focus. From off screen, there is a soft sound of muttering, likely in an unfamiliar language. Anyone nearby would see him fussing over the device, confusion plain on his face. The Snivy, though not visible on the screen, fixed passersby with contemptuous look. Same old same old.]
[After a moment, and provided there are no interruptions from observers, the camera is righted and a face appears on screen. For some people, the man may look familiar . Others might be won over by the crooked smile that he has directed at the screen.]
Greetings, strange world. It seems we've met again. [He let out a small chortle.] The strangest thing happened to me. I was here, and then I wasn't. I was back home, in the damp, unpleasant woods of the Arbor Wilds. I... doubt any of you are familiar with that name. We gallivanted about for a day, slept again, and here we are.
[He shook his head. Internally, Dorian was more than a little troubled in regards to his in and out appearance. At the very least, he hadn't been bounced out a second time, giving him plenty of time to wander about in an entirely different sort of wilds.]
[Externally, on the other hand, Dorian was just as sly and untroubled as ever.]
I do apologize for the radio silence. I couldn't say for certain I would be here in the morning, and I wouldn't want to break any more hearts by disappearing. [He clapped his hands together.] But fear not. It would seem that I am here for good now. Please, do not hesitate to vocalize your exultation.

He isn't particularly fond of me at present. I have no doubts that I will be able to win him over, but until then, you know as much as I do. [He gave the cub a small grin.] Rest assured, as soon as I know more, you two will be the first to know.
A thank you, for putting up with my charms.

[But Heather snorts, rolling her eyes. She's clearly amused.]
Guess you'll have to get your gossip fix later, Scarlet.
But hey, no thanks needed.
Sorry if I was a bit snippy with you, earlier. Met too many creeps in my time, y'know?

[Fighting off a sneer, he allowed his attention to drift back to Heather. He gave her his best, most charming smile.]
I admit, my ways are on the bit "creepy" side, but I am glad we were able to establish that it was all in good fun. That said, I do apologize for coming on too strong.

Hey, as long as someone knows when to back off, they're good in my book.

[She goes ahead and winks right back. And adds finger guns. Because of course she does.]
[Meanwhile, Scarlet beeps happily. Despite her disgruntlement earlier, she is TOTALLY rooting for Dorian and his golden-eyed, golden-haired nurse dreamboat.]

It seems I've won over your friend there. [He nodded to the cat with a smirk.] I suppose I shall have to call you as soon as I have any updates on my situation, won't I?
