You Can Take The Electric Out of the Yayoi... [New Bark Town]
This on? Oh, yeah it is.
[Peering down at the device, Yayoi checked a couple of things before grinning.] I see a lot of people introducing themselves. I'm new here, I'm Yayoi Kise.
I'm from Rainbow Hills, Japan. Or Nanairogaoka for those people who are nationally Japanese. I've read the guide and done my research and am totally going for an All-Electric Team.
Because this Pokedex is completely filled with so many electric Pokemon, I don't even.
Pi!
[And there's a Pichu suddenly on her shoulder as Yayoi tickles it under the chin.]
This adorable girl is Pichu, and I'm trying to figure out how to evolve her. Not that she's not adorable the way she is!
[The Pichu giggles as she's fussed over, and the camera shifts to Yayoi's lap as she's got her hands full of Electric Mouse.]
So yeah. I guess hi everyone, and I'll be seeing people around a little more when I get out of New Bark Town.

Having a team with all one type is stupid.
[nailed it.]

[Eren plz. Yayoi's too amused at that response.]
Where's your anime spirit?
no subject
Spirit goes a long way! But it can't make Thunderbolt hit a Gliscor!

[Eren turns on the camera and shows the smiling, happy, completely terrifying be-fanged face of his Gliscor]
A bat or something. But she's ground type, so electric attacks don't do anything.
"Glii!!

[Yayoi checks her Pokedex for a moment before asking,] But according to this, it's vulnerable to fighting and steel right?

[the boy grabs a book from a pack near him and flips it open. Yes, he HAS made a type chart and written down all the strengths and weaknesses of his pokemon]
No. Just water and ice. And I have thunder fang and fire fang to deal with those. Basically, Carey is unstoppable.
"Gliihihihi!"

[So says the girl who liked to throw around lightning like it was going out of style.]

Does that include dual types, Yayoi-san?

Any suggestions? I'm thinking Magnemite and Chinchou if I can find them.

[ He fiddles with something at his side. There's the familiar pop of a Pokeball opening off-screen. Then, after a couple of moments, a Mareep is jumping into his lap, reeping happily. ]
This one's been pretty useful so far.

[Flipping open her Pokedex, she checked the stat readout.]
Mareep, the Wool Pokémon. When Mareep's wool builds up with static electricity, its size doubles.
Pure electric? I can deal with that. At least it gives me a starting point. I get the feeling I've seen it before... but that might just be me. I've seen a lot of Pokemedia in the last ten years.

[ Certainly not for any 'being a Playstation exclusive property' reasons. No sir. He pats the Mareep's head, letting it nuzzle up. ]
There's something called a Shinx around, too, but I haven't seen it.

[The Pichu giggled and went onto her head, peering down at Minato.]
A Shinx? I'll look at that too.
no subject
[ But it begs the question. He sets a hand on Mareep's wool, rubbing it gently. ]
Why only Electric-types?

I have an affinity for electricity and thunder. I've always liked Pikachu and it's sort of my thing.
I don't discount other types of course, but I just like thunder.

[The Pichu chirped her statement as well, moving to give the screen a V with her tiny paws.]
See? Just like me.

But then, this place seems to be very good at that.

[Yes, how does one explain Blitz?]
Re: Video;

[That is the kindest way of describing Blitz. Mostly he's just a doucheball.]
Though I suppose voltorbs don't necessarily have edges...
Re: Video;
Oh I didn't get your name Mr...?
