[Komasan stops and soaks that in, surprised to hear someone say that to him. Flashbacks of his first days in Johto flood his head, his overwhelming gratitude when someone helped him and saved his life. He always dreamed about returning the favor in some way, to be that person for someone else.

He just never expected it to happen so soon, Komasan doesn't feel like he's experienced enough to gain such an honor. It's not even winter yet.
