so, hey. i'm prompto, you might have seen me with noct earlier (or not). we've been here for a bit and it's been really neat! these pokemon are rly cool. except for all these lion-guys - they just won't go away? this sort of thing common? i caught one of the luxio, she goes good with my others. getting a good team here! the gyms better watch out, i'll beat 'em quickly and become the very best!

anyway, it's cool and all, but i arrived here missing something. not something cool like magic or being not human, but my camera and some other stuff i had with me 100% and this phone has an okay camera, but it's got basically no options and the zoom sucks along other issues. i tried to get a pic of some of these lions who were actually swimming, but it sucked. can't blame the weird phone, it's probably okay for like 99% of people, but i'm the 1% for once.

so what i guess i'm asking is, like, are there things you miss in this place which aren't people or cool magic or pets? (if you had cute pets tho hmu!) and are there camera stores anywhere. i'm dying here.

really? that kinda sucks you weren't in a good place, but the big things like people might just show up. not gonna cry about missing my friends bcuz that'd be totally embarrassing if they show up and look back at this

eh if any assholes pop up they'll pop up, just a case of waiting and seeing. it'd be sweet if my partner gets here, but i'll manage either way.

ugh, yeah, it's THE WORST. they're all dull, makes them way less useful. it sucks.

I've found that the majority of tech here is severely lacking. That said, you can probably find a decent camera in one of the major cities, perhaps the Goldenrod Department store, if you are anywhere near there.

I miss having digistruct technology. It's rather difficult, having to heft all of my stuff everywhere.

nah, we're just about to leave cherrygrove. thinking of shacking up in violet for a while, take it as we go and all that. i'll look into goldenrod tho? why isn't online shopping a thing?

digistruct stuff isn't something i've heard of, sorry. but carrying all of this is pretty difficult, yeah! noct (my friend noctis) let us warp our stuff to us - now that was handy even if noct sometimes warps stuff away too quickly

Although! I visit Goldenrod somewhat regularly. If you'd like, I can try and find you something decent. It might not be exactly what it is that you are looking for, but it should get you by until you can be here in person. I have a Pokemon who can fly it to you, even.

Digistructing is... rather complicated, and very advanced. If you came from a world similar to this in terms of technology, then it is no surprise that you have not heard of it. Simply put, it codes in and stores items as data. It makes combat and moving across difficult terrain all the more easier.

Your friend Noctis seems quite talented, by the way.

It's almost like we're all plopped into a magical world of fairy tale critters. Fancy how it seems to not account for every day things like a pizza parlor or a decent arcade.

idk, a lot of this place seems to feel a lil like home. there's not any inns or ye olde armour shoppes but there's computers everywhere

you ever want to buy anything really your best bets that itll be somewhere in goldenrod
city kind of in the middle of the map
its the big urban center here so theyve got all sorts of shit
ive seen some p good digital cameras for casual shooters around and luckily theyre all seriously pokeproofed
like forget water resistance you could probably chuck these babies into the sun and theyd come out mint
but i still havent picked anything up for myself actually
i should probably get on that

replier #3 mentioned goldenrod as well - but thank everything they're pokeproof. idk what these guys can even do but if they're super powerful monsters id assume they'd probs destroy a lot more then these lions did earlier.

(and they did a lot, joys screaming everywhere. it was amazing. IE.exe is gonna need to get care elsewhere it was so amazing.)

but for your other questions, i guess the only thing i really miss would be the food. everything here is great, but it's definitely nothing like home. good thing i know how to cook myself, so i can get the recipes down fine.... but it's a little different when you're cooking something compared to someon cooking for you right?

man yeah i get that, re: food. i can't really cook anyway but like? it's different eating out every day then getting iggy to have a meal ready for us or even just eating with everybody.

maybe i should try learning. i mean, if i don't nobody'll do it for us. unless pokemon can be cooks. that'd be awesome, just find one who can cook and pay them with belly rubs and hugs.

oh man that sounds like it sucks! me and noct were totally gonna binge on movies one day, and you spoil it like that? not that low budget is bad, mind you, but at least tell me they're cheesy as shit low budget, not no effort low budget
