[For once, it isn't a video or even audio feed that Anders starts, but plain text. Things are a bit too personal right now to risk the wrong shot, and it'll be easier to keep his composure not reacting quite in real time.]

I may have imagined it, but I recall hearing somewhere recently that sometimes people here become comatose for short periods. If this is true, I would appreciate the advice of anyone familiar with these incidents. I have no way to diagnose or address complications from this state without my magic. I'm particularly worried about hydration and nutrition in an afflicted person.

And if I'm mistaken, and invented this concept in my own head, I need to know, urgently.

Are they sick? I was out for a day or two straight not too long ago.

This is approaching day three. It isn't like any sickness I've seen, and it certainly isn't exhaustion.

Are you alright?

I'm okay. I still feel it a little in my chest but I think part of that was also from the weather and, um... the boat ride. I think Jean's okay too because he had the same thing from me.

...They're alive though, right?

I'm glad you're recovered, mostly. Drink and eat well and you should feel up to par soon.

If this is in fact what others have experienced, it isn't the most worrisome thing I've seen her endure, but it caught me off guard. I didn't expect anything like this here.
