[For once, it isn't a video or even audio feed that Anders starts, but plain text. Things are a bit too personal right now to risk the wrong shot, and it'll be easier to keep his composure not reacting quite in real time.]
I may have imagined it, but I recall hearing somewhere recently that sometimes people here become comatose for short periods. If this is true, I would appreciate the advice of anyone familiar with these incidents. I have no way to diagnose or address complications from this state without my magic. I'm particularly worried about hydration and nutrition in an afflicted person.
And if I'm mistaken, and invented this concept in my own head, I need to know, urgently.

[And Jean gets it, he really does. He had to force himself to eat for a few days after Trost, when everything had tasted like ashes in his mouth. He's not going to badger Anders to eat if he doesn't want to, but he's also going to make sure that if he changes his mind, the opportunity is there.]
I'll be over in about an hour. Uh... I'll try to leave Blitz at home, but he'll probably come with me.
[Doucheballs gonna douche and all that.]
See you soon.

[So there's that "favor" that could be done, but they're grown Pokemon, they don't need a chaperone. Probably. Just set them loose on the island nothing could possibly go wrong or get short-circuited.]

[Well, they're at a Pokemon Center, so if anyone gets knocked out, it'll be easy to wake them back up.]
[Jean arrives at the center about an hour later, laden down with a basket full of food, Pokemon candy, a book from Armin that Anders might like, and a stuffed Delcatty. He knows how much Anders loves his starter and how little she likes cuddling, so maybe a stuffed one will make him feel better? Jean will never tell if a grown man needs to cuddle a stuffed kitty when he's having a bad day.]
Hi.
[Blitz rolls right up to Trixie--he was promised play, now let's go outside and cause problems--while Jean sets his basket down and goes for the move he contemplated all the way here: he walks right up to Anders and hugs him. Jean hopes it isn't too forward, but he remembers how Anders hugged him at the party, and if anyone needs a hug right now, it's his friend.]
You look like shit.
