<sub>[Today's broadcast comes from within the familiar Cherrygrove Inn. Maurice leans luxuriously back on a sofa, his clothes finally clean and his sunburns slathered with some kind of gloopy green treatment. His hair is wet and fluffy towel is flung over one shoulder.]

[Maurice's hitchhiking traveling companion can be seen in the background holding her Krabby's little claws and making them gesture with what Maurice is saying. They are very serious trainers.]</sub>

Guys! Guys! For anybody who's just showed up or blew on by here without checking it out, you gotta get a massage in Cherrygrove! These people know what they're doing! I've been riding on a Rhyhorn for over half a week. When I got here last night I felt like DEATH!

_{[He glances up at a snort from Dee but shrugs obliviously and continues.]}

But now I feel better than I have in months! I didn't know I had that many joints that would pop but...learn somethin' new every day. So, yeah. I think I'm gonna try to grab a job here. Laundry boy, goop salesman, somethin' like that. I've never been anywhere like this. I've never been to a whole town that smelled good...

_{[Maurice trails off thoughtfully before a loud chittering interrupts the feed and a furry face obscures the camera.]}

_{[He gathers up the Sentret in one arm and her tail whirls excitedly as she tries to climb on top of his head and stand up on her tail.]}

I was just about to introduce you! This is Cyndi and I don't think she's stopped making noise since I caught her. She likes the music in this place so I've been listenin' to some pretty interseting remmiee-EEEH! WOah!

_{[Cyndi leaps off of him and quickly bounds over to Dee, does a lap around her, and starts prancing expectantly in front of her Krabby. Come on we gotta FIND THINGS! Chitter chitter chitter.]}

I’d say just plain energetic, ha! I think it’s somethin’ ta do with the species. Every single one I’ve met could run a lap around the whole a Johto.

Trust me, it is. [Joker laughs.] They never tell ya about all the mundane concerns in those fantastical fairy tales, huh? But yeah- pokeballs sometimes, and adult Pokemon who’re responsible are another. Psychic types who can see this stuff comin’ before it happens are a godsend.

I didn't even think about Psychic-types! Can they really see the future? Why doesn't everybody have one?

Some do, some don’t. I just got a few ones who can talk in yer head, myself. I guess some people just don’t care for ‘em…. Or don’t get along.
