Eighteenth Sacrament: Haunted
Who: Walter and YOU! Open to all!
Where: Ecruteak City
When: Throughout October
Summary: Walter's been hired at a haunted house attraction...who wants a scare?
Rating: God knows, it's a haunted house with Walter Sullivan and his ghosts hired as the actors
Log:
If you go down to Ecruteak City, you'll find that there's a 'Haunted Mansion' set up and advertising a terrifying experience, being absolutely full with ghosts and ghost type Pokemon who suffered terrible fates and rose from their graves to haunt the living and pass on their suffering (read: hired actors and their Pokemon generally acting as creepy and spooky as possible)! Be weary of the girl who sought shelter here, only to mysteriously perish before dawn! The nobleman who scorned a poor begger and suffered a thousand year curse from her beloved Ninetales! The numerous Pokemon, hungry for the souls of those who lose their way in the mansion!
And Walter, who had been hired there thanks to his mischievous Rotom, Radio, getting loose and dashing inside. Between his Pokemon and his own stoicism in the face of people wearing facepaint, he'd been offered a job. So if you go into the gardens, be on the lookout! You might come across the mysterious groundskeeper who still roams the grounds with his loyal once-living-but-NOW-ghostly Marowak companion. He was said to have been fond of the ghost-type Pokemon in the grounds and was equally favoured by them, to the point where several will obey his commands to cut down trespassers in the gardens. BEWARE...

Yeah, that wasn't what she was doing right now. Right now she was going solo.
"Which way?"
"That way!" She winces at the squawking beside each of her ears. Well, solo as far as humans went.
She'd just been heading out after picking up a couple of hours at the Centre. But Petey must have seen something interesting because he'd bolted right between everyone's legs into the 'Mansion', shortly followed by a frantically chittering Charlie trying to reign him in.
So now here she was, little and large Murkrow sat on her shoulders, them nearly getting knocked off at her surprised jolts and trying to give her direction as her hand holds Isla's long ribbon.
She offers the enthused actor a wry smile and she mutters to her birds as she opens the doors to the garden. "It'd be way more helpful if you guys actually went looking."

In life and death, his following of people and intimidating or frightening them had been for a set purpose. With Valtiel tied to him and the weight of the ritual on his shoulders, he hadn't been doing it for his own entertainment. There had been brief moments of amusement but he wasn't sure if they were his, or Valtiels. Here, without needing to follow the steps of the ritual or commit to the murder of whoever he encountered, he found himself having a good time. It was great to see the fear in people's eyes as he and his Pokemon did what they do, knowing that there didn't have to be be any real harm at the end of it.
The garden itself was neatly kept, but with plenty of tall hedges and trees to act as barriers to direct guests in the right direction through it. Also to loom over them and add to a caged feeling. There were small open areas with neatly contained plants, some with warnings about their poisonous properties. The long, winding route eventually would lead to a small, private graveyard out back.
So when Diana entered she'd quickly be spotted by Gloom, who had been hiding in the hedges and immediately slipped into her shadow to give her a chill. Atmosphere! And Radio waited for his moment to slip by and possess her PokeGear. It began to ring it's usual tone.

Isla twitched her ears and nuzzled her head against Diana's thigh who smiled down at her. "Alright."
They'd only made it a few paces when her gear went off. Pro jumps and squawks in surprise and tries to hide his face in Diana's long hair. She pulls it out, figuring it's Jinx asking if she'd found Petey yet. "Hey." She answers.
