Um... Hey. It's Izuku here. I'm on my way to Azalea Town now, and I was wondering... Besides the ruins, are there other interesting places to visit? I just realized it how easy it is to just go from town to town, but I'd like to know this place the best I can. [There's a pause as if he's about to cut the feed before he stops.] Ah! And they don't have to be just places near me, they can be in other places too! I'll keep them in mind.

Well, not a ton, admittedly.

But basically I guess Pokeballs used to be made out of the shells of this fruit? And only like, five people in the world or something still make them that way.

So Azalea Town is the only place where we can get them. I think they can be made to have different functions, like, one is specially for catching fish. You know, that sort of thing.

Hum... [He listens to Heather intently as he start thinking about it.] Artisanal pokeballs with special functions... That could be useful. [And then he starts to mutter.] If there's one specifically for catching fish Pokemon there could be other balls to catch other types of Pokemon, that would be a good help in capturing other types of Pokemon, especially if they're hard to find in the wild or if they're too fast to always count on being able to battle them... [And he continues muttering as he starts overthinking the whole process of Pokemon catching.]

... I mean, personally, I've always just made do with the regular ones you can buy at the store.

But, uh, sounds like the custom thing might be pretty up your alley?
