[The video opens to Ignis seated outdoors, seemingly far better rested than he had been the last time he took the time to connect with the others on the network. Oleander was perched neatly in his lap, chewing on a homemade poffin while acting as Ignis's eyes and beside him, sitting oh so smartly with a black scarf draped about his neck was Caelum, his Absol.]

I trust that everyone is feeling far better after the horrific events of last month. I have heard little in regards to updates so I felt I should reach out but beyond that...

I have been seeking opportunities to better my financial position in this world and I feel I have managed to find an option that could be beneficial. I need a few volunteers though.

[Oleander lifts the half eaten Poffin to present it with a gleeful look.]

I am attempting to create more customized Poffins for different Pokemon and I was hoping to reach out to people with a wider range than I have. Each is so unique that I feel I need a wider pool to test with. I will be happy to have the Poffins delivered via my Pidgeot and his Fletchinder friend to wherever you are located provided you provide a meal for their efforts before they return.

[Oh hell yes, someone is offering free food? That doesn't happen everyday!]

[It's not Jean but Blitz the Electrode who answers Ignis' call, buzzing self-importantly and giving very clear directions on his tastes, preferences, and where to send the goodies. Ignis is fluent in Pokemon, right? Is he taking notes? Blitz is going into detail here.]

[ Ignis was not fluent in Pokemon but his assistant Dahlia was. She wrote each detail down in her slightly shaky handwriting, looking quite excited about the entire prospect of Ignis's new business venture.

Because she would get to test out the Poffins too. ]

[Blitz is not the most gracious of Pokemon, so rather than be polite and offer encouragement, he just gives some more orders. To his credit, he's actually telling Dahlia about what some of the other Pokemon like too, so by the time he's done talking, he'll have described Poppins for Electrodes, Voltorbs (two crucially different taste palettes, thank you very much), Spheals, Incineroars, Wailords, Phantumps, Dhelmises, Alolan Pikachus, Trubbishes, and Lotads. He'd keep going, but Jean has finally noticed that his communicator is missing and come looking for it.]

[Well, this was a lot more information than expected. Thankfully Ignis had taught her his short hand because this was a little difficult to keep up with.

Ignis took note of the information she was jotting down over her shoulder, with Oleander's help, brows raised.]

Ah, Jean. I didn't realize he was your's. He's being of great assistance to me.

[Blitz would give more, but he's interrupted by Jean. Blitz grumbles about the interruption, but lets Jean pick up the communicator without shocking him. He told Ignis and Dahlia about all the important Pokemon, at least.]

Oh! Hi, Ignis! Hi, Oleander!

[He'd say hi to the other Pokemon too but he doesn't know her name. Instead, she gets a friendly little wave.]

This is Blitz, and yeah, he's my starter. What's he helping you with?

[ Dahlia returns the friendly wave with a happy smile. She liked Blitz a lot, so helpful. The would be able to get so much done!

Oleander waved as well, though much more shyly. He was a Meowstic now, see? ]

I was wanting to start baking Poffins for various Pokemon to provide a wider range of flavors for trainers to purchase.

[This is quite possibly the first time someone has liked Blitz from their first meeting. A new record! And yes, Jean has noticed Oleander's change. Very handsome and mature!]

Well, you've probably asked the right guy, then. [Jean gives Blitz a friendly nudge.] The only thing this guy likes more than zapping is eating.

Then he will be an excellent taste tester. Would you mind terribly if I sent you a variety for your other Pokemon as well?

[Dahlia giggled at Blitz, clearly amused by the crackling.]

[Hopefully Ignis wasn't expecting anyone but Pokemon to respond because, well, that's what he's getting.

Flood is holding the 'gear and looking extremely intrigued, grinning widely as her eyes start to glow.]

You should make sour ones with crunchy toppings! Sour is the best~

[There's a squeaking from off-screen then suddenly there's a Swoobat trying to shove his way into view, squeaking up a storm about how sweet things were the best and you should make lots of sweet and colorful ones Ignis!!!]

[ No. He actually wasn't. This was exactly what he had been hoping for. No idle guessing from trainers.

Beside him, Dahlia has a notepad and is writing things down furiously, as well as marking what type of Pokemon was requesting it. ]

[Flood grinned widely, clasping her hands together in a mock innocent look that Ignis won't be able to see obviously.]

The more you make the better it'll be! Lots of sour things!

[The Swoobat trying to get his opinion in as well let's out a huff and bumps Flood, taking her place in front of the 'gear.

[ Dahlia giggles at Flood before writing down what the Swoobat was saying. They were getting so much good data out of all of this. They were sure to be the top Poffin bakers soon enough! ]

[ He was grateful to see Ignis is getting stuck into doing things again after that nightmare rubbish. And ]

Well, you know where to find me and everyone! I've actually got some shy mons who I'm not sure if you've met them yet...and like, given I've got a bunch of the Pikachu line, you can check to see if it varies in the same species or just between each Pokemon.

[ Afterall, Holokai was very much his own Pikachu. Shockmau5 was much, much different to him. ]

Dahlia will be glad to take notes if the Pikachu would like to tell us directly. Most of the responses I've received have been directly from Pokemon.

[Which was amusing to Ignis. He was glad that he was able to reach them so quickly and easily with just the offer of food samples.]

Right, let me see if I can get them. [ He vanished off screen, calling for his various Pokemon. Finally he managed to round them up and return; An Toirneach the Pichu appeared and tapped the screen with a curious squeak. Her mother, An Tintreach the Raichu, soon appeared after with a confident cry. Holokai the Pikachu appeared...eventually, giving a lazy wave, and Ash had to hold Shockmau5 as his other Pikachu tried to hide behind him. ]

Shockmau5, it's okay man, this is just a fri- [ But nope, he gives a squeak and tried to borrow into Ash's jacket ]

[ Ignis's arm is pushed upwards and Caelum appears, sniffing at the phone. He heard a baby and there it was, the little Pichu. ]

Anyway, I can hear them all quite well if they want to go ahead.

[ Dahlia smiles and uses a paw to gently push Caelum back a bit. ]

Okay guys, what's your favourite kinda food- no wait, your favourite Poffin flavours! These guys wanna know, so they can make some really tasty ones.

[ Of course, this causes an explosion of squeaks. An Tintreach took charge. ] I'll eat any kind! I can handle them all, no matter how bitter, or sour, or spicy!
Me too, me too! I...I think I like all of 'em...do I like all of them? [ An Toirneach turned to her mother, the Raichu, who smiled and pat her on the head. ]
You like the sweet ones best!
Oh yeah, those! I'll eat them all but I reeeeeally like the sweet ones!

[ Finally Holokai waited for a moment before speaking up ] Maaaan...they gotta be sour. The kind of taste that sinks into your tongue and threatens to take the rest of your mouth in with it!
...That's weird!

[ Three of them began to argue but Shockmau5 very timidly poked his head out of Ash's jacket to contribute, ears flicking up. ] As long as they're berries. Or fruit.

[ The others paused and then happily agreed. Fruit or berry Poffins tasted the best! ]
Yeah! Fruit's great!
Like, chocolate's okay, but I really, really like apples, or strawberries! Oh, or the pink berries!
Yeah man...you wanna get the flavour from the earth It's like...nature's gift to everyone."

[ Dahlia was doing her best to keep up, picking out the most important information from their chatter. Ignis was impressed with her tenacity because to him it sounded like a whole lot of clamor from the video. He did take note at how many of the same type of pokemon Ash seemed to have.

No wonder he and Noctis got on so well. They were both hoarders to a degree. ]

I greatly appreciate your assistance. You have all been quite helpful. As soon as they are completed I will send you a sample basket attuned to your requests.

[ Ah, Ignis...someday Ash would need to tell him the full story with the twenty Pikachus that came after him and kickstarted this collection of eccentric electric mice. ]

[ He turns, beckoning. Then an Absol pops its head into frame, sniffing at the screen. ]

[ Caelum tilts his head at the Pikachus in the video, then looks at Ignis with a questioning gaze. ]
