9th Match // [video] Sevii Islands

[The video feed kicks on and reveals one very pleased-looking Exploud. She's nestled in someone's unmade bed, and she seems to be brooding proudly over a large number of eggs.

After a few seconds of making sure the video is working, Krieg helpfully explains from behind the camera.]

The Whisper Bunny had six eggs!

[WB somehow manages to look even more self-satisfied at this announcement. That is one proud mama.]

Four have homes, two are left!

Could be a Whisper Bunny, could be a Iron Skull.

Who wants one?

[Help I'm in puberty]

All sorts. Though according to Mr Newt's book, you can't really keep all of them like you can keep Pokemon. Some are far too dangerous and wild.

D-do you want to see the book?

[Armin doesn't really know if Krieg has an interest in books, but this is magical animals. That would make it interesting to anyone, right?]

[The human body is messy and unpleasant.

With Krieg agreeing, Armin hurries up to his room --his room! What an amazing thing to think still-- grabbing the book Newt had given him for his birthday before making his way back to where Krieg is. He's already had an idea of what to show Krieg first. There are tons of magical creatures in this book, but Armin doesn't think Krieg would be all that impressed by a Demiguise of Fwooper. A Crup? Forget it! An Acromantula would be more his style, but honestly, there is only one beast he can start off with.

When he comes back into the room, he's already got the book folded open --oh so delicately because he doesn't want to damage it in any way-- to a page displaying giant, fearsome looking winged creatures, showing them to Krieg.]

There are lots of animals in this book, but did you know that there are also Dragons in Mr Newt's world? Though they look a bit different from the ones here.

[Mainly a lot bigger, more terrifying, and dangerous. But that is probably exactly what Krieg would like.]

They can get up to fifteen meters long.

[The size of a titan. And probably every bit as terrifying. No, maybe even more. Dragons can fly.]

The Warrior?

[He's not surprised that Krieg deems the dragon a good fight. He knows Krieg well enough to know that if he could meet a dragon like this right here, right now, he'd absolutely try and fight it. Knowing Krieg, if it'd try to eat him, that'd probably just make him laugh and rain down an odd mixture of compliments and threats on the creature. It's just... that's the sort of person Krieg is. It's why he showed him the dragon in the first place.]

Do you have beasts like this back in your world too?

[Armin frowns a little because something about this sounds very familiar. Like something someone told him before.

Ah!]

Was it in one of those Vaults?

Why would you want his mask?

[In Armin's opinion, everything related to Jack is best burned. Also Jack himself.]
